008 - Chapter Eight

It was eleven in the morning and the house was completely silent.

Weird.

Eleanor hummed quietly to herself as she quickly logged into her wattpad account, on her laptop. She grinned as she noticed a flood of birthday messages on her dashboard. She began to respond do a few before beginning to make her way downstairs.

She could really get used to this bliss. She strolled into the kitchen with a small smile, yawning quietly.

"SURPRISE!" Eleanor stumbled back and nearly fell over before bursting into hysterical laughter. Everyone jumped out from behind the counter and screamed at her at seven o'clock in the morning - of course she would jump!

"Guys! Oh my gosh thank you so much!" Eleanor exclaimed.

"Happy birthday!" Tee squeaked as she ran over to Eleanor, engulfing her into a tight hug and handing her the present.

"Breakfast first guys, then front room for presents!" Mile exclaimed as they all sat at the table, eating a bacon sandwich - Eleanor's favourite food.

"Happy birthday, Batgirl." Jared grinned as he sat himself down beside her.

"Thank you, Robin." Eleanor grinned as she hugged him tightly. The kids all tucked into their bacon sandwiches with enthusiasm.

As soon as they had finished, Eleanor was suddenly grabbed on the wrist by Tee. She was pushed down onto the sofa jokingly as Jared and Tee sat down on either side of her.

"Open my present first." Mike grinned as he handed her a small gift bag. The bag was a very pale pink colour. Eleanor grinned as she opened up the card, reading the thoughtful message that was inside of it.

"Thanks so much Mike!" She grinned.

"You haven't even opened the present yet!" Mike exclaimed with a light laugh. Eleanor playfully rolled her eyes as she picked up the small box. She began to unwrap the gift. She opened the small white box and grinned.

There lay an iPhone 6 in Rose Gold.

"Mike!" She screamed before jumping into him and pulling him into a tight hug.

"Guessing you like it?" Mike asked sarcastically whilst he hugged her tightly.

"I love it!" She exclaimed as she then sat herself down.

She then got a large photo frame and a skirt from May-Li, Makeup Brush set from Carmen, A simple yet nice bracelet from Ryan, Lush Shower gels from Tee, a T Shirt from Toni, a sheer top from Billie, an iTunes voucher from Finn,  new vest from Sasha, a new Lush Bath Ballistic from Harry, several gift cards from Bailey, some Mega Marshmallows from Tyler, a blanket from Kazima and a new phone case from Jody.

"Well, only my present left." Jared grinned as he handed her a large box with the LUSH logo on it.

She grinned and opened up the box to see the Rub Rub Rub Shower Scrub, Twilight Shower Gel, Back for Breakfast Shower Gel, Candy Mountain bubble bar and American Cream Shampoo.

"Thank you so much, Jared!" Eleanor grinned as she pulled him into a bone crushingly tight hug.

"Calm yourself down woman! You don't have to thank me for anything." Jared chuckled before Eleanor got up from her seat on the sofa. She grinned lightly and carried all of the presents up stairs and began to put some thing in different places.

She then began to set up her phone, along with topping it up on GiffGaff.

Yeah, she uses GiffGaff to top up her phone. It's really good!
