Well my life is over. Again. Guess who's president now? Gale Hawthorne. So.. Now that he's taken Peeta.. He's totally dead.

I grieve at night thinking about Peeta and how stupid it is to be hurting. Should I go save him? Is it worth it?

Kael won't stop leaving me alone, Peeta's gone, Gale's president even though he's not that old, and I'm still here being a normal pregnant wife. Not really.

"I just- I don't know what to do.." I say over the phone with Annie, my best friend.

"You should go get Peeta," Annie says.

"Yeah, right. I'm gonna go get Peeta so he can kill me,"

"Katniss he's your husband.. If Finnick was still alive I would do the same,"

"But Finnick wasn't hijacked, Annie,"

"Oh... I see your point,"

"Fine, I'll get Peeta back, but he'll at least try to kill me. Gale's probably done something worse than hijacking anyway.." I say

"Okay, good luck, Katniss," Annie says.

"Thank you, bye,"

"Bye," Annie hangs up.

I grab my bow and I run to the hovercrafts. I forgot about my leg and I fell on the ground.

I look around and I see Kael coming for me, along with Prim and Effie. "No! K- Kael I don't need your help, okay?!" I shout.

"Yes, yes you do." He says.

"Kael I swear to god if you come close to me I'll kill you!"

Prim rushes over to me as soon as Kael gets threatened. "Katniss, hey, what are you doing?"

"I'm saving Peeta,"

Effie nods and wraps up my leg. I finally can get back up and I run into the hovercraft.

A few hours later I arrive in the Capitol. I find where Gale stays thinking maybe he has Peeta held hostage.

I run into there and see Peeta sitting in a corner, bleeding, bruised and he has cuts.

"Peeta.."

"Hey, Seize her!" Gale yells.

"No, please!" I try running again, but I fall next to Peeta.

I look at my leg which is bleeding more than it ever has before. I start to get up, but something grasps my arm, and I struggle.

I look down and see Peeta staring at me with an innocent look on his face. "Stay."

"I can't stay.."

"But I love you," he whispers as tears stream down his face.

"I love you," I let a tear fall.

"Don't say it like you're saying goodbye," he cries.

Everyone that was in the Capitol was surrounding us now. They were crying. Looking at Peeta and me.

"I- I'm sorry.. I'm just not living- I'm not living anymore. My depression just holds me hostage, and I can't take it," I say.

Peeta starts crying harder and pulls me into his arms. "I feel alone," I whisper, my tears landing in his shirt.

He lifts up my face to look at his. "You're not alone.. Just stay,"

"I'll miss you, Peeta. I'll miss you the most. But I have to leave,"

He immediately kisses me as to say not to leave again. He pulls away and says, "You're the love of my life, though, Kat. You have to stay,"

"I'm- sorry,"
