I knock on the door to our house. Yes, I'm back alive. Gale took me to the hospital and they brought me back.
I see the door fly open to Peeta's tear stained face, and red, puffy eyes. I smile at his face. Although he looks sad, I know this'll make him feel better.
His eyes Immediately turn white, and his face lights up. "Kat- Katniss.."
"Yeah, it's me," I say smiling.
He smiles wide and hugs me. "Katniss!" He exclaims.
"Are you surprised?" I ask
"Yes," He chuckles.
"I came back alive the next day, but I didn't want to make you go crazy or anything," I explain.
He pulls away from our long hug, smiling. Only.. His smile drops as he watches me.
"What is something wrong?" I ask
"No.. Only- never mind it's kinda.. Stupid," he looks down.
"No, no, you can tell me," I see his eyes droop, and his body is shaking.
"I- I feel like you didn't come back because.. You were with Kael," He says, covering his eyes.
"Peeta, you know that isn't true. I love you,"
"Yeah, I believe that,"
