It Started With A Dance (Dylan O'Brien Fanfic)

Raelynn's POV ~
We pulled up to a new school and a new town. "Have a good first day kids!" My mom said with a big smile on her face. My brother Kaden and i got out of the car and were just staring at the building as our mom drove away. Kaden is older then me by a year and a half. Together we stood there staring at each other not knowing where to go, just then the principal walked up with a boy next to him.
"Hi! Welcome to Beacon Hills Middle school! (A/N: im not to creative lol) This is Dylan he will be showing you around today. He's in 7th grade with you Raelynn."
Dylan. Dylan. Dylan! His name ran through my mind over and over again. I didnt hear a single word that was said after his name, i just was looking deep into his gorgeous chocolate brown eyes. He was so cute!
"Hi! I'm Dylan" he reached out to shake my hand "Hi Dylan, Im Raelynn and this is my brother Kaden. He's and 8th grader." "Hey" is all my brother said we all shook hands and walked inside.

Dylan's POV ~
Today the principal told me i had to show 2 new student around school. A brother and a sister. He told me the girl was in my grade. To best honest i was kinda hoping she would be cute... What!?!? im a guy i can think about that. None of the girls here liked me and i was hoping that i could maybe have a chance with a girl. I just turned 13 3weeks ago so im older for my grade.
When we walked up to the new students i couldnt help but stare at her beautiful red curls and gorgeous green eyes!
The principal motioned me to say hello. I was freaking out on the inside but i managed to speak "Hi! I'm Dylan." She responded rather quickly after i said my name "Hi Dylan, I'm Raelynn and this is my brother Kaden. He's and 8th grader."
Raelynn, i couldnt stop thinking about her name. After shaking hands we headed inside and i showed them around.
This might be crazy but i think im in love with a girl i just met!

Raelynn's POV ~
I think i like Dylan. I mean i think i like like him. Like in love with him! Thats crazy i cant be in love with a guy i just met and all i knew was his name! After showing us around we dropped Kaden off at his class and went off to ours. "So we're in the same class ya know?" Dylan said with a small smirk on his face. "Yup! Can i sit next to you in class?" What RAELYNN WHY DID YOU JUST SAY THAT YOU LOOK LIKE AN IDIOT! Now i really freaking out, why did i say that! "Sure, i would love that! Not to be a stalker or anything but what street do you live on?" "Thanks! And umm... Yale blvd."

Dylan's POV ~
" I live on Yale too! Do you want to walk home together?" Dylan why did you say that shes gonna think you crazy! "Sure, my brother is staying after for a basket ball meeting anyway and was gonna walk alone." We got to class and went in, the teacher introduced Raelynn to the class and we sat down together. Later we walked home and got to know each other better i wound up going over her house and helping her unpack some boxes and did some homework.
I really was in love with Raelynn, i just loved everything about her.

Raelynn's POV ~
I cant believe how nice Dylan is! He came over to my house to help with homework so i could catch up and he even helped me unpack! I could just tell this would be the start of a great friendship!

Flashback over ~
That was 3 1/2 years ago and Dylan has been my best friend ever since. Its the start of Junior year so he just turned 17 and im still 16. I never had a boyfriend after we moved here or before that for that matter but all i know is that i am in love with my best friend and he doesnt even know it....
