Chapter 16

Dylan's POV ~
We got to Raelynn's and just hung out and did homework. I decided to sleep over Rae's tonight so i left around 5 to go to my house and get my stuff that i needed, Kaden tagged along so he could get food on the way. We thought the girls really needed their own time to hang especially with Maddie just moving in town.

Raelynn's POV ~
I was pacing around my room practical yelling at Aubrey about Maddie. Aubrey was always there for me and could listen to me ramble about stupid crap for hours on end and still have an answer to my problem.
"I CANT BELIEVE THIS GIRL THINKS SHE CAN JUST MOVE IN HERE AND LIKE GO AFTER DYLAN! LIKE YOU DONT EVEN KNOW HIM! I'VE KNOWN HIM FOR 5 1/2 YEARS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!" I screamed as i paced around thinking about everything thats been going on. Aubrey was quiet and then started to talk.
"Its ok Raelynn, Dylan isnt gonna leave you for her that would never happen so you dont have that to worry about. But.... I would keep and eye on her if your really worried because i think she might be the one to do something and blame it was Dylan to get you mad at him so you break up and then she goes for him." She paused to think and continued. "Not to be a bitch or anything... But if you didnt want her around why did you bring up that whole birthday thing....?"
I got mad when she said that but calmed myself so i could answer without yelling because my head was pounding from all the yelling i had been doing.
"I was just trying to be nice i didnt think she would actually be like 'Yay! Thats awesome' i mean she knew us for 1 period, 45 minutes!" I started to yell the last part but stopped cause my head was pounding.
"Okay i get your point but whats done is done and we cant go back now. Maybe somehow we can get out of that but i have an idea..." Aubrey said with an evil smirk across her face.
"Whats your great idea Sherlock Holmes?" I loved being sarcastic. Haha
"Haha your very funny... And how about we bring her to Katie's party on Friday night? There will be lots of people from school so she can meet more people and hopefully she'll find some other guy to flirt with and leave Dylan alone!"
"Aubrey your a freaking genius!" I squealed and ran over to her and gave her a hug.
"I know i am"
We laughed and then decided to go for a walk around the block. I called Dylan and told him that when they got back not to worry if we werent there because we were going for a walk.
We got outside and started to walk down the street, we were just having some small talk but was mainly listening to music from my phone. (Whatever song(s) you want add 😉)
All of a sudden we get knocked down by a dog, It was a Golden Retriever.
"What the hell?!?" Aubrey said before i could even open my mouth.
"Sorry..." It was a guy voice i didnt recognize so i looked up.
He looked kinda familiar but i couldnt place him. All 3 of us were still on the ground.
"I just moved in down the street, i live on Hill Street. I was trying to walk the dog bu-..." I cut him off.
"Your Maddie's brother im guessing." I said as i looked at Aubrey.
"Yeah i am... How'd you know that?" He was very confused.
"Well your sister is in our grade and most of our classes. Im Raelynn an this is Aubrey."
"Im John. And um... Im Maddie's twin. I wasnt in school today because i just got over being sick my first day is tomorrow. What i was gonna say before was that im sorry about my dog. He's Maddie's and doesnt really like anyone else but her to walk him but my mom took Maddie out so she can get to know the town better while i finished unpacking."
TWINS!?!?! At least its not twin girls is all i could think.
"Maybe we should get off the ground..." Aubrey said, we all laughed and got up.
"Well do you know how to get back to your house John?" I asked
"Yeah, umm.... I better get back i'll see you guys in school tomorrow. Bye Raelynn, Bye Audrey."
"Its AuBrey! With a B!" Aubrey said back to him.
"Sorry bye AuBrey!!" We laugh and said bye and walked back to my house because we had enough of that walk....

-back at the house-
When we got back Dylan and Kaden were hanging outside in the front yard.
"Guess what?" I said sarcastically
"What?" Dylan responded.
"Twins.... Freaking twins."
"What are you talking about?" Dylan was confused.
"Maddie has a twin brother his name is John. He pretty much just knocked us out on the ground while walking his dog. And he was totally flirting with Rae." Aubrey answered
"WHAT?!?" Dylan and i said in unison.
"I said he was totally checking you out! So tomorrow we better make it clear you two are dating! Haha"
I didnt really find this funny... Like twins move in and each hit on me and Dylan.... Like wtf?!?!

I sat in Dylan's lap and fell asleep outside, I woke up in my bed really confused. I got up and went downstairs. I realized my headache finally went away.
"There's the sleepy head!" Dylan said as he got up from the table and walked over and gave me a hug.
I look over his shoulder and i cant believe what i see.....
