" i feel good, you're always happy when you get a huge win like this. i feel like me and my team came out here hungry and our hunger together ignited this win together."

"What would you say is your biggest motivation to get this win tonight ?"

"..uh i mean other then my big meeting tomorrow with Nike, I would say having my daughter in the stands tonight rooting me on. it was her first away game seeing me and i wanted to show out for her,"

"Thanks," I said as I walked off toward the locker room.

Kyrie P.O.V.

Next day ..

I threw on my Nike sweatsuit before i walked into the bathroom to brush my teeth. After my game last night as planned, we decided to stay with Leelee's parent's house for a week while i was on season break.

"where you going, daddy ?" Aaliyah asked as she walked into the bathroom standing on the top of the toilet in her pajamas.

"Daddy got an important meeting in a hour " i said as i spit out the toothpaste in my mouth .

"can I go with you?"

"not this time"

"please, papa!" she pouted jumping up and down on the toilet.

"go ask you, mama, she might have plans with you, " i said and just as fast as those words left my mouth she was out the door calling her mother. that little girl loved her some daddy.

I walked out the bathroom and sat down on the bed placing my sneakers on. As I tied my last sneaker Lee walked in with a dressed up Aaliyah.

"she's all ready "

"yea I'm all ready papa," Aaliyah said cheesing. "i see," iIsaid picking her up.

"good luck baby," Leelee said as she got on her tippy toes and kissed my lips.

"thanks, babe"

i walked down the stairs with Aaliyah on my hip and Leelee right behind me . i walked in the kitchen where the family was.

"where you headed off to ?" Mrs. Alsina asked me.

"got a big meeting with Nike today"

"nervous ?" Mr.Alsina asked

"a little it's about the sneakers I'm coming out with. i think i get to see em today. i just hope they look dope" i said as Mr. Alsina walked over to me giving me dap .

"well Goodluck son you earned it"

"thanks.

"Goodluck baby" Mrs.Alsina said kissing my cheek .

i put up the piece sign as i walked out the house with Aaliyah, i placed her in the rent a car and strapped her up before getting in and driving off.

"how long is the meeting gonna be ?"

"uhh i don't know .. bout an hour maybe less," i said making a left turn.
