With Christmas approaching i had to do a lot of shopping. I had cleaned the house because this year instead of flying out to Atlanta my family would be coming to Ohio and staying with us. i also had good news to share with the family that I've been holding in for a good month, i hadn't even told kyrie.

I had finished wrapping my last present and placed it under the tree right as the doorbell had rung crazily, and that could only be once person. i walked over to the door and swung it open to be greeted by Kehlani and Aaliyah. she had took Aaliyah to the park with her puppy since i needed privacy to wrap the presents.

"mommy I'm hungry " Aaliyah said walking in as she released Coojo her dog and he ran in the kitchen.

"okay ill be in in a second," i said causing her to nod and head to the kitchen too.

i honestly wanted to talk to Kehlani about texting kyrie while she's off duty given that its still been going on. i never got the chance to see his phone unlocked so i didn't know what they have been talking about but it was soon to happen.

"can you come in for a sec ?" i asked politely. she looked at me strange before nodding and stepping in the house. i closed the door behind her and guided her to the living room where she sat on the couch. i sat in the couch chair across from her and crossed my legs.

"so i know you are Aaliyah's babysitter and you need to be in contact with us but i don't appreciate you texting my husband constantly while your off duty. one simple text to see when the next time we will need you will do just fine" i said eyeing her

"im sorry you feel that way. and i know what it looks like but its not that. Kyrie and I are actually close we are like best friends he tells me alot"

"im sorry but a women and husband are bestfriend, your an associate. he tells me whatever he needs to tell me "

"yea i understand that Leelee but---"

"no call me Hailey" i corrected

"i understand Hailey ..but he tells me things he won't be man enough to tell you. he comes to me for advice about you guys marriage and i know a lot. i just want you to know I'm not trying to steal ya husband i could if i wanted to with everything i know you lack but I'm not and i don't plan to " she said

"ima need you to get out, oh and your fired lose both of our numbers" i said standing up guiding her to the door.

"fine, I'm just saying you can use me to know what ya man thinks about this marriage instead of firing me" she smirked

"i already know my husband and i already don't trust ya ass so you can leave," i said slamming the door once she was out. i was deff gonna confront Kyrie about this.

just as i was about to walk away from the door the door bell rang and i heard other hands knocking on the door. i opened it to be greeted by my family.

"LEELEEEEEEE!!!!!" my mom yelled as she grabbed me in a hug.

"hey mom"

"where my little baby ?" she asked pulling away from the hug.

"im right here nana" she said running out the kitchen and in my moms hands.

"hey princess," my dad said grabbing me in a hug .

"hey daddy" i smirked. he looked at me strange but let it go. i knew he knew something was wrong given we had that close connection i just hoped he wouldn't bring it up later.

"Hi ugly " Hassan mushed my head hugging me as well.

"im sorry but i recall you being the ugly one" i laughed
