Chapter 10

"Naomi wake up! You only have 30 minutes to shower and get ready! We're running late!" I called

She groaned "It's Saturday Hails we don't have classes!"

"Yeah but we're going to meet with the gang remember?" I said, trying to shake her to wake up. Last night was not the best night of my life. Clearly, but that didn't stop me from having fun. Well Cam didn't left me until he saw me smiling again. He keeps on telling me jokes and cheesy pickup lines. He even twerked on the dance floor to make me laugh and did the running man challenge.

"What for? If it's not about kicking Kevin's ass out the gang I'm out!" She said, full of seriousness.

"Mi, if this is about last night let it go. I told you I'm fine right? I still had a good time before the party ended" I told her. I swear her hatred towards Kevin is not healthy.

"Okay, but that doesn't stop me from wanting to rip his head off!" I smiled, grabbing my bag.

I finally convinced Naomi to get ready. After 20 minutes, we we're driving our way to the Carter's Mansion.

"You do know that you're going to spend the whole day with Kevin, right?" She asked me, parking outside the Carter's mansion. Now she remembers! Today they're going to plan and arrange everything for Zoe's birthday. We (me, Ethan, Curt and Kevin) are going to keep Zoe busy so she won't see what the others are up to.

"Yes and I'm also going to spend the whole day with ZOE, ETHAN AND CURT." I replied, emphasizing their names.

Naomi rolled her eyes, hopping out the car.

"Great you're here! Zo's throwing tantrums!" Ethan said as he saw us enter the main door.

"SHE'S GOING MENTAL!! HELP!!" Sean yelled, from the living room.

I crossed my arms "What exactly happened?"

"Don't give me that look young lady it's not my fault! It's Kevin's!" He said, defending himself.

"WHAT DID HE DO? THAT GUY, REALLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT GIRLS RIGHT!" Naomi shouted hoping Kevin would hear what she said.

Ethan raised an eyebrow, he looked offended Kevin is his brother after all.

"Good thing Ethan here knows how to treat girls right!" Naomi added sweetly, patting Ethan's shoulder, while laughing nervously.

"Nice save Mi!" He told her, grinning wide.

One summer night Ethan went to our house to surprise visit us. But unfortunately I was with Kelly, buying some ice cream, pizza and some chips to make Naomi feel a bit better. Ethan being Ethan didn't knock he just barged into our room and to his surprise he saw Naomi talking and kissing a One Direction poster while crying hysterically. Naomi is a big fan and she didn't get a ticket for their concert plus to everyones surprise Zayn Malik decided to leave the band leaving Naomi and the other fans heartbroken. Much to Ethan's amusement he took a video of Naomi. And since then he used it to blackmail her. Poor little Naomi, she have to do whatever Ethan told her and she have to be nice to him.

"What happened?" I asked again.

"Kevin forgot to close the door last night. And this morning we found out that Joe's missing." He said, sighing.

Poor little Zoe she must be really really upset. Joe is her best friend and I love that dog he's so sweet and cute!

I made my way to the living room. I saw Sean trying to comfort her little sister. "Come on princess, we'll just buy you a new doggy!" Sean cooed.
