Family secrets

After 10 minute after I arrived home my father came too .
Thanks God .
"Hey pumpkin' , what are you doing up this early ?" My father asked me
I didn't change my clothes I didn't had time . I hope He doesn't observe .
"Mmm .. I don't know . I just woke up ."
I can't lie . I'm the worst liar ever living 

. I hope I can resist not telling him what hapened. 

Usually I can't keep nothing in me when I lie . 

God have mercy.

"Ok .... Honey I wanna talk about something with you.. Something important that's about to happen ...to you"

That's it ,he is giving me to adoption .

"You are about to turn 18."

"Please don't leave me to some horrible house with another 10 kids where I am going to starve because I can't fight for my food . I will turn 18 in a few months and I'm gonna leave if you want but please don't!"
I said that while grabbing my dad's leg.

He looked at me confused. And than started to laugh .

I'm such a drama queen.

" You have a very creative imagination darling . I will not give you to some house , it's too late now . I should have did it when you were little now I became attached to you" and his laughin of me .
"Dad!"
He smiled a bit and than hugged me .

"Now ,without any joke . I really need you to listen to me carefully "

I nodded .
"In this months until you turn 18 you will have some ... Things that will make you act different . Have more force . Your sense will be more sensitive ."
I glared at him confused.

"What are you talking about dad?" 

"My family .. Your grandpa , his father , and so on , including me..are hunters .."

"Like hunting animals?"

He smiled looking down ,with sad eyes.
"It would have been too good to hunt animals"

 

"Than what are you talking about?"

" We hunt things and creatures that normal people don't know exists somewhere else than books or Tv shows . We are hunters of every bad creature that want to kill people for living . "

My mouth was on the floor . What my dad said was like I was watching Supernatural .

"Darling I know it's hard to believe . I should have told you when you were little but I chosed not to because I was hoping I can give you a normal life. That I could save you from a life like this . I was hoping to break our tradition ,our family genes.But there is no way and now I am sorry that I didn't prepare you."

I didn't know what to say. 

"Dad , you are joking right?" 

He just looked at me with a sad expression.
"No darling . And your emotion in this period will be intense and stronger . Please , I know you're mad and you maybe don't believe me but I have to teach you things "

"Ok"

I surprised myself too . I was calm like hell. I don't know why. But I always tought my dad actions or leavings were odd sometimes . Now I have an explanation. Unexpected one ...
My dad looked shocked . Because I took it to easy . 

"Ok.... Well tell me when you start to feel weird . Everything can be a sign . And we have to teach tou how to control your force and emotion . "

"Dad It's ok if I sleep a few days at Lola?"

"Yes pumpkin'"

Ok maybe I wasn't really ok . I mean yea I've been troough some crap things but this is as bad as unbelieveble . 

I'm not going at Lola's. I'm just going to crash at some crappy motel maybe and calm down a bit .
I went to my room starting to pack some clothes . I'm so not going to school these days .

"Taylor darling call me when you wanna start the training.. Or talk to me "

My dad was sad and maybe scared that I'm mad at him . I was mad but because he didn't tell me earlier so I won't have to deal with this now . But I don't wanna worry him . 

"Ok dad . Love you"
"Love you too. And every question you have feel free to ask me "
"Sure" 

And I left . I was walking without somewhere to get . But I was feeling tired because I didn't sleep last night , I mean I did but not because I wanted . Ha , that's funny .
I lit a cigarette while I was going to a motel I saw while I was walking .
