After Louis told me that demons had my father I lost it . I zoned out .

Yes, I didn't know much things about them but what I do know scare me , not for my life but for my father life .

I could not understand why would they take him .

I turn my head where Louis was.

"Please ,,,talk to me .. say something."

Ryan just stood lost in his mind.

"I have to take my mind out of this things for a bit. I'll call a friend .. is it ok if I meet with her?"

"Ummm.. sure but I can't come with you I still have work to do , Alpha duties plus to find more about your father... Ryan will go with you alright?"

"hm?.. o yeah sure"

He kissed me and then hardly wanted to go. I had to like kick him out and tell him things like" I will not forgive you if you don't do your duties because of me " and I finally got him out.

I didn't care if Ryan had to come with me .I just wanted to forget about this stuff for a few hours. So I call Jade.

She is a very old friend. I didn't talk to her thanks to Lola .. long story. We fought because of some things she did and I been through thanks to her .. I will not tell Louis he will be upset. Damn, I don't understand why I keep talking to her but I guess I'm just too good at heart.

Anyway. I take my phone dial her number and ..wait.

"Taylor! I didn't hear from you for some time . But still I heard about your father, I hope he is ok."

"Let does not talk about this. Would like to go see a movie or something?"

"Yeah sure, at your place?"

I'm kind of scared to go there.. but I guess I can . I have to do at least this If I wanna fight for the life of my father.

"Yes. In 20 minutes?"

"Sure. Horror?"

I laugh and end the call.

Ryan looks at me carefully.

I change into some high waisted shorts , a large tank top, and some boots.

I wear boots when it's winter , autumn ,spring, and summer.

I just love them . And if it rains your always prepared.

We got in the car.

I was in my apartment in 15 minutes.

I searched a movie , arranged the room to be comfier , put some popcorn in the microwave and I didn't have to wait more because Jade was already knocking.

But I didn't get to answer the door because Ryan was already there . But not like a normal person opening the door and welcoming Jade .

He opened the door grabbed Jade and pinned her to the wall while his hand was on her neck.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING ASSHOLE?"

I looked confused and angry to him while trying to help Jade.

But I didn't get the time to say anything because she said.

"Ryan. let me down!"

Ryan looked at me .

"SHE is your friend?"

"YES.Now let her down before you lose your balls ."

He let her neck and she fell.

Jade was breathing heavily trying to get up.

And I didn't finish my sentence because apparently, everybody likes to do other things when I'm talking.

Suddenly Jade was next to Ryan trying to punch him.

What? IS she a vampire too? When did this happen??

"STOP! OR I'LL MAKE SURE YOU BOTH LOSE YOU IMMORTALITY "

They stopped. What's with vampires those days ?

"Now. When did the hell you became a fucking bloodsucker, Jade?

I nodded.

Then , Ryan's eyes flickered .

"SHE SLEPT WITH LOUIS TOO!"

My face went blank. What?

I suddenly felt sick.

"YES. I bet you didn't expect that right? Well this bitch here that I turned when I was drunk , vampires mistakes, slept with me , Louis and a lot of other guys . I have an excuse I lost my mate. I had the right. Louis told her that they cannot be together because he has a mate , she didn't care she went obsessed with him . Louis didn't want to worry you but she still begs him to fuck her even if he told her it was one time and he found his mate. Now , she's a wonderful person right?"

She suddenly remembers I was in the room. Her eyes got red .

Ryan just stood there , he knows what I'm capable of , he doesn't worry . I can beat the crap out of her with my bare hands .
