“Good morning Love,” A groggy voice whispers from behind me, his strong arm wrapped around my torso.
“Mornin’,” I mumble back, nestling my head between his shoulder and the soft down pillow on his bed. His arm tightens around me as he breathes, “We have to get up,”
“I know,” I groan as his tall, lanky frame allows him to rest his chin on my mess of curls. I make no effort to move and neither does he until his phone rings.
“One of the boys,” Harry guessed, releasing me to lean and grab his sleek phone off the small dresser on his side of the bed.
“Hey,” He mumbled to the person on his phone before leaning over to whisper in my ear, “It’s Liam.”
“Hi Liam!” I call cheekily, causing Haz to roll his green eyes.
“We just woke up Li. Give us a break,” Harry groans loudly and I hear Liam’s voice on the other end just a tad higher than before.
“Yeah, ok.” Harry sighed. He rolled his eyes again and mouthed to me, “Start getting ready,”
I sigh and climb out of the warm, white sheets heading to Harry’s closest. I was at his flat so often-whether he was in town or not- that most of my clothes already resided in his closet or drawers. As I flipped through my side of the closet, I couldn’t help but wonder when Harry was going to ask me to move in. We have been dating for over eight months and I know for a fact that Zayn had asked Perrie to move in when they hit their three-month anniversary.
I only imagine what it would be like for Harry and I. Pear said that it wasn’t easy living with someone, but I mean it had paid off in the end, she has a shiny new engagement ring to prove it.
“Jordyn?” Harry called out shyly.
“Yes Love?” I respond, finally settling on a white, sleeveless blouse and black skinnies.
“When do you think Liam is going to ask Liz?” He asked referring to the day everyone was waiting for; when Liam asked Elizabeth Hearts out.
“Hopefully before you go on tour,” I hum, gathering my clothes and exiting the walk-in closet, stepping to a drawer to grab my undies and bra.
Harry leaned off the bed to give me a quick peck before he shoos me off to take a shower.
+++++++++++++
It seems that the moment I’m fully dressed, Harry practically rushes into the shower, making me wonder what Liam had told him. I quickly drag a comb through my semi-dry hair as Harry belts Truly, Madly, Deeply in the shower making me giggle slightly. The slight wave my hair had gained from the water was sadly disappearing, leaving my brown hair in its natural pin-straight form.
I grab my green and silver can of Suave cream mousse and run a handful of it through my hair to keep the frizz away.
“Hey Haz,” I ask after brushing my teeth, causing his rendition of Louis’ solo in Truly, Madly, Deeply to end suddenly.
“Yeah babe,” He hums.
“Have you seen my mascara?” I continue as I search through the drawers under his bathroom sink.
“Yeah, medicine cabinet,” Harry proudly states before going back to singing. I look back to our two toothbrushes-his blue and mine green- and smile.
