The adrenaline pounded through my veins as Perrie explained what we’re going to do once more. The depression of our final good-byes with the boys four days ago turned into blinding fury.

I’ve always been the good girl; I’ve never done anything extremely bad. But everything changes as Liam says. After Perrie recapped everything, we took a moment to look at each other, knowing what we were about to do could were cost us our lives.

“It was a pleasure living with you guys,” I mumble softly.

“Don’t act like that, Liz! Remember, even if one of us escapes, it’s still a win.” Carlie beamed. I nodded and leaned against her as Perrie set the plan in action.

“I need to pee!” She screeched in a high-pitched voice. It took less than three seconds for that creep, Barnie to show up at the door.

“C’mon,” He called to Pear. She stood up and walked over to him, but Jordyn intervened.

“You never come back once Perrie does, but I have to go too,” She whispers.

“Fine!” Barnie barked, but he beckoned Perrie first. I watched and lifted my head off Carlie’s shoulder. She stood up and walked over to him cautiously.

“Sit back down! I’ll get you next!” Barnie spat. Perrie then grabbed a handful of Barnie’s hair and yanked him in the room and cracked the door behind her.

“What the fuck are you doing, you stupid bitch?” He yelped in surprise.

Carlie used her jacket to muffle his voice and tie his arms with the orange sleeves. When that was done, Perrie aimed a sharp kick at his side and whispered, “That’s for taking my ring, creep.”

“C’mon!” Carlie crowed while I stood up and pulled Elle to her feet.

We rushed out the door all at once before Perrie hushed us and whispered,

“Quiet!”

We tiptoed as softly as we could down the hallway and to the bathroom where the window was. We were actually going to escape! My heart was a drum pounding loudly in my chest as we edged closer to the bathroom door.

“Where’s Barnie?” Snake’s voice cut through our thick silence, causing Jordyn to freeze.

“He was taking one of those girls to the bathroom,” Garret replied nonchalantly and Snake made a noise of agreement. Carlie let out an almost inaudible sigh and Jordyn began sluggishly moving again.

I wish that we were at the bathroom by now, but since Snake spoke nearby, Jordyn’s been more cautious in leading us. But we made it into the extremely small bathroom slowly.

“Liz, lock the door behind you! Elle, look for something to hold the knob in place!” Perrie murmured quickly.  I do as told while Elle glances around for something to hold the rectangular knob in place.

“Here’s a mop; this may work.” Jordyn muttered, passing a mop to us. “It was in the bathtub.”

As Elle fidgeted around as silently as she could to hold the knob in place (if they happened to unlock it), Perrie pushed the blinds open to reveal the window.

“Are you positive that that’s normal glass, right?” Carlie asked. Perrie nodded determinedly.

“I’m pretty sure,” She whispered. She grabbed a screwdriver that was resting on the sink-they must’ve been fixing something in the bathroom- and with as much force as she could muster; Perrie slammed it into the window. A metallic clanging noise echoed out loudly and immediately, I heard voices.

“Hurry up!” I urge as the sound of running footsteps reach my ears.

“The window isn’t even cracked!” Perrie cried in horror.

“Move over!” Carlie shrieked. She snatched the screwdriver from Pear and tried driving it into the window. Nothing happened.

“Open this door!” Someone yelled outside the bathroom. Carlie continued trying to break the window before turning to Perrie and whining, “Its hurricane proof! These lucky bastards!” I push myself into Elle as the beating on the door gets louder with every threat.

“Open this door now, or next time this door will be you!”

“Move!” Jordyn screamed. She pulled the screw driver from Carlie and dug it into the wall on the windows right side. The wall gave way easily, and Jordyn began clawing at it with her hands and the screw driver.

The beating on the door and the threats began to make a rhythm until a rough voice snapped, “Get out of the way!”

An explosion like sound caused us all to freeze and Jordyn dropped the screw driver. A single hole through the door showed a silver gun.

“If you don’t exit this bathroom, everyone out here will fire rounds.”

I look at Perrie and she shakes her head at me.

“Don’t do it Liz. I’d rather die,” Perrie announces. My gaze flickers to Jordyn who is crying silently. She nodded her head and I glance to Carlie who couldn’t meet my eyes.

“I just can’t die yet Perrie. I’m so sorry,” My hands were shaking as I unlock the bathroom door and move the mop aside.

“You’re saying that you’re weak if you do this!” Perrie shouted at me. I look down at my hand resting on the doorknob. Tears were blurring my vision.

          “One,”

“I’m the weakest one there is,” I whisper before turning the knob and letting the door swing open.

Snake rushed in and yanked me by my hair to get out of the bathroom. Everyone was yelling and the girls were being dragged out of the bathroom. Snake pulled me to the living room, the others following with the other girls. He stopped for a moment and bellowed, “Who came up with the idea of escaping?”

My eyes met the Elle’s and she looked down. Guilt began to build inside me. I was the weakest link.

“No one is going to talk? Barnie go have fun! Everyone else, bring them down to the basement!” Snake screeched.

Barnie slammed Perrie down onto an end table and yelled, “You thought you had it bad in the beginning? Now you’ll see what bad really is!” Her blue eyes were wide and filled with terror and as it met my gaze the look on her face screamed to me, this is all your fault.

A/N: So this may be the longest chapter so far because I normally stretch the chapters out between days. This chapter was very hard for me to write (my emotions got in the way) but I hope you enjoy it! Sorry for the darkness in this chapter; but do you guys think Liz is weak?
