A little too much

Hey guys, so I just thought I would do something that has a sentimental value to me. I go through this all the time and I thought I would express my anger issues and depression with writing.

Happy's POV:

It was an really long day for me. I'm sitting on the stupid couch in the stupid garage. As Walter comes up to me.
"What was that?" I messed up the case and now I'm freaking out.
"LOOK I FREAKED OUT OKAY! I LOST CONTROL!" I just exploded and I'm not done yet. I got up grabbed my jacket and left. I would go back to Toby's, but I just need a moment.

Toby's POV:

Happy got insanely mad on the case today and now she just left after overflowing all over Walter.
I don't say anything to anyone I just grab my keys and run to my truck.
I knew she wouldn't be at the flat, so I go to the next place I knew she might be.

Happy's POV:

As I look out at the city skyline, thinking about everything that happened, and trying to get my thoughts back into order, I feel a presence. Then Toby comes into view.
"Hey" as much as I don't want to talk to anyone, I know I need to.
"Hey..." I have no idea what I'm doing anymore. "I always say I'm strong and tough, but sometimes it all gets a little too much. I can usually handle it. I always let the frustration pass, but I guess that all built up inside me. I just exploded. You probably don't understand this but it's really hard, having anger issues. I just feel alone in my anger sometimes. Does that make any sense?"
He doesn't respond right away, which means he is trying to contemplate what to say.
"I get it. That's why I'm always being a pain in the ass. I try to be aggravating for everyone so they don't piss me off. We all go through something similar, just different levels. You just have to realize, soon the fog will clear up. You're not alone." I turn around and hug him. I then start crying into his shirt. I hate crying in front of people, but Toby's different. He won't judge me for crying.
"Thank you."
"I'm always going to be here Happy. You're not going through this fight alone. I'm here as you boyfriend, and your best friend."
