(Return to Nat's POV...)
Tears fell from my eyes onto Danny's red sweater as I wept. I couldn't loose him or the team. But I didn't want them in danger either. I felt Danny's grip tighten on me. I looked up at him. He had a pained look on his face.
"Danny? Are you ok?" I asked. Danny smiled calmly.
"I-I'm fine." Danny assured. I could see the shadows. I grabbed his hand and walked on. The shadows both hurt us. In different ways though. I was hurt mentally. Danny was hurt physically. We where almost at the kitchen. Danny suddenly let go of my hand. I heard a thud behind me.
"DANNY!" I screamed.
