The experiment

Chapter 12

It looked like Taehyung was full of energy,even after their dancing practice was over he was still jumping all around the practice room,dancing some of their old choreography.
"Tae,you should take a break." Jin said with a tired voice,he was worried that his favorite donsaeng was overdoing practicing again.
"But hyung,I'm not tired." He pouted a little making Jin squeal internally for too much cuteness.
"Come here." Jin pointed the floor near him,Taehyung started to head there but stopped midway.
"I'm thirsty. I'm going to the convenience store to buy something to drink." He then took a straight line to the door.
"WAIT,wait,wait. You can't go alone,did you forget?" Jin took a glance at Suga but the latter was already in his own world sleeping peacefully,he looked like the male version of the sleeping beauty. Jin then turned to Namjoon. "Namjoon accompany him." Jin ordered.
"Why do you ask me princess,go yourself." Namjoon retorted back.
"I would love to go,but I'm too tired to even move a finger." The oldest member said.
"I'm in the same situation,princess. Hoseok,you go with him."
"Yah,why do you have to order me around?" The latter whined.
"Because I'm the leader and you need to listen to me." Namjoon responded.
"That's not fair." Hoseok pouted.
"Don't worry hyung,I'll come with you." The maknae got up from his seat and run to Taehyung,he took his hand and dragged him out of the room.
"Wait,I actually wanted to go with him." Jimin shouted but it was already too late,they were gone.
Even when they were out of the building,Jungkook was still holding Taehyung's hand,he was really happy to have the older boy so close to him. He could pretend that that was a date even if he knew that Taehyung was oblivious to his real feelings for him,to everyone's feelings for him. Taehyung had that innocent and pure vibe that attracted every person to him and his wide and beautiful smile was just the cherry on top.
Taehyung started to swing their hands and hum their song "Just one day".
"Haruman neowa naega hamkkehal su itdamyeon.." He suddenly stopped and turned to Jungkook. "What do you want to drink,Kookie?"
"I don't know. Coke,maybe? What about you hyung?"
"I want milk,strawberry milk." He excitedly responded.
After 10 minutes of walk they were already in front of the convenience store,they entered it and headed straight to the drinks section.
They didn't notice it but there was someone that was following them,taking pictures of every action Taehyung did. It was Shadow,he was following Mr. X's order of stalking the boy.

The room was dark,the only source of light came from the two computer screens,they were playing videos from different streets,showing every car that passed by. Hyuk was carefully watching every movement,he didn't want to miss his target. He was checking every video from nearly two weeks now,he was tired,the dark bags under his eyes were proof of it but he didn't want to give up,he wanted to help his friend and send to prison that asshole that hurt his Taehyungie. He was about to change the video when suddenly on the screen appeared a familiar van. He hurriedly zoomed in and checked the license plate and it matched with that one that he was looking for.
"Found you!" Hyuk shouted,he was behind happy,he wanted to jump up and down from joy.
After that he continued to watch the van,his every turn and every stop.
"You won't escape me bastard. I'll find who you are." His smile dropped when the van turned into an alley and disappeared again. He changed the video and watched others too but he couldn't find it anymore.
"Damn you. Where did you go?"

"Kookie,Kookie what should we get for our hyungs?"
"Just water is fine."
"But we have water in the practice room." Tae pouted,why Jungkook didn't want to help him choose something for the others guys too.
"I was just kidding but I really don't know what the others like." He tried to think but he couldn't remember what everyone's favorite drink was.
"Jin hyung likes orange juice,Suga hyung and Jimin like coke,Hoseok hyung likes tea and Namjoon hyung likes apple juice." Tae said confidently.
"Wow! How do you know all of that?" Jungkook asked surprised.
"I know a lot of things Kookie,I like to observe people." He smiled really wide. At those words Jungkook's heart started to beat faster.
'Does he know how I feel about him?' He was screaming mentally.
"About me...do you ...hmm...know I like..." He was blushing like crazy.
"Yeah I know." Now Jungkook's heart was racing "I know you love coffee and you only drink coke because it contains caffeine." Jungkook released a sigh of relief but he was also really disappointed that Tae was so oblivious to certain things.
"Ok let's hurry up and go back to the others." They grabbed everything they needed and headed to the counter to pay. Near the counter,there was a freezer full of icecream. At that sight Taehyung's eyes started to sparkle like a kid.
"Can we get it?" He pointed to the freezer.
"No. We can't Tae."
"But.."
"We can't Tae but I promise you I'll buy it for you next time." It was really difficult to reject Taehyung. Jungkook glanced around and saw something that caught his attention,he grabbed it and handed it to Taehyung.
"For now you can have this,but is should rest only between us."
"Lollipop! Yay,thanks Kookie." Taehyung's smile was blinding.
After paying they turned back to the practice room with a bag full of drinks.
The day passed really quickly,after practice the manager offered them dinner and then brought them back to their dorm. After taking a shower everyone got straight to bed because they were too tired.
