"There, Baba!"
Zayn and Gizelle both looked around the Gorilla habitat for the new baby. They finally got a chance to go to the zoo again after such a long time and Gizelle was enjoying it. Well, she enjoyed how much Zayn and Amal were having fun.
She wasn't the one for zoos because she didn't like seeing animals in captivity like that. They were cute and cuddly and seemed a little happy, but if a polar bear belonged in Antarctica then they should stay there.
"I see, I see," Zayn grinned, holding his wife's hand as they walked closer to the baby Gorilla being guarded by her mother.
"I be little Tarzan," she giggled, beating her chest and doing a little holler like in the movie.
Zayn snickered, looking up at her on his shoulders. "My Tarzan."
Gizelle smiled at them both acting so adorable as always. She loved it and them and she was happy that her and Zayn could get over this and become anew.
"Are you good, babe?" Zayn asked, looking down at Zelle and holding both of Amal's little feet to ensure she didn't fall. Her hands were all in his hair and she often times asked him to neigh like a horse.
"Yeah," she nodded, her smile getting bigger.
"I know you don't like this as much as the aquarium, but," he shrugged.
"It's fine, really. I just like see you guys happy. Makes me happy, too."
"Mommy, you gotta see the panda baby," Amal said, pulling Zayn's hair, "baba, we gotta go that way."
"Okay, okay," he groaned, leading them past the animals of Africa and towards the Asian and European ones. There were many birds and tigers and more monkeys, but the baby's eyes were focused on the pandas.
"Panda, panda, panda," she chanted like in the song, causing both parents to laugh, "momma look."
"I don't see it yet," Gizelle reached on her tippy toes and held onto the railing, looking for a little panda cub.
"There, mommy," Amal pouted when her mom could see, "behind the rock."
"Oh, I see," she spotted the little black and white patches behind the boulder. The mom was eating in another corner and the cub was sleeping soundly. "She's cute."
"He," Zayn corrected, "named him Cholula."
"The hot sauce?" she snorted, pouting at how the little cub was sleeping. She could hear him snoring from where she was standing.
"Clever, am I right?"
"Poor panda," she giggled.

After the zoo, the three of them decided to go eat, and what better than an Applebee's.
Zayn knew which one to go to, also. There was one not so far away that didn't have a lot of people in it at certain hours. They all liked that in some weird way.
Amal sat in a booster sear beside Gizelle in the booths and Zayn sat on the other side, a menu up to his face.
"Mommy, I want fries," Amal demanded, "can I?"
"May I?"
"No, I want fries, not you want fries," she looked at her mother in confusion while Zayn just chuckled behind his menu.
"Yes, you can have fries, Mal."
"Okay, and chicken feets."
"Fingers," Gizelle corrected with a smile.
"Why would I eat their fingers, mom?" she grimaced adorably, "that's nasty."
"Well, why would you eat their feet?" she asked, "that's nasty."
"Mommy, it's a kid thing, you won't get it," she shook her head and picked up the menu like her father was doing.
"A kid thing," she nodded, "I get it, I guess."
She felt a foot hit hers and looked up to see a smirk on Zayn's face. She kicked him back and he grunted, flipping the page and looking up at her.
"What?" she raised an eyebrow at him.
"Nothing, nothing," he backed off, kicking her again.
"Baba, you got any games on your phone?" Amal asked.
"Of course I do," Zayn pulled his phone out of his pocket and handed it to Amal. The waiter come by and asked for all of their orders, Gizelle stuck to her burger and Zayn ordered something with shrimp in it.
"I'm glad you took me back," he said, holding her hand across the table, "it's been pretty hard without you and I almost contemplated moving out the house because it was so big."
"You're a very dramatic man," she grinned, "I'm sure it wasn't that bad."
"Was," he pouted and she definitely wanted to kiss it away, "it was cold and I felt like I was doing what you did but worse and I barely went to work."
"Okay, one, you're going back to work and two, turn the heat on."
"It's basically summer, Zellie, there's no need anymore."
"You can be cold in the summer," she defended.
"Yeah," he scoffed, "if it was opposite day, silly."
"Mommy, unlock this," Amal held her phone up and gave Zayn's back, "please, you have games?"
"Yep," Gizelle's unlocked her phone and tapped Amal's favorite game: Subway Surfers.
"Thank you."
"I guess I wasn't good enough," Zayn said, stuffing his phone in his pocket, "I'm nothing."
"And again, you're so dramatic."
