Kaylees pov
(This is a couple hours later)

"I give up" I said aloud. We were sitting in a tree not too far from camp, I wanted some alone time but Luca followed anyways. I saw the big flames from the camp fire from where we were.

"What are you talking about?" Luca asked, concern written in his voice.

"I just don't know what to do about Quinn. She's just to hard to understand" I told him.

"It can't be that hard, she's your sister" he replied. I sighed and turned to look at Luca. Our eyes met and the moon made his eyes sparkle. We just looked at each other for about 10 seconds. That's when he started leaning in, me doing the same. Our lips smashed together, moving in sync for 10 seconds, I smiled against his lips but pulled away quickly when we heard a scream.

"What was that?" Luca asked, fear now in his voice.

"I have no idea" I began climbing down the tree until I was close enough to jump. I began running towards the camp with Luca trailing right behind me. On our way there we had to dodge a couple walkers. I looked around the whole camp and saw people fighting and dying. I ran for the kids tent and ripped open the flap and was met with a walker. I held in my scream, not wanting to attract others.

He stumbled on top of me and I struggled to keep him off. I held him up with my left arm while I used my right hand to search the ground of our tent for my knife. I finally found one and plunged it into his head, causing him to fall on top of me. I grunted as I pushed him off and ran out of the tent. I looked around frantically for Quinn. Although we got in a fight, she's still my sister.

"Quinn?" I called out. A hand grabbed my shoulder and I whipped around to see Luca.

"She went hunting earlier" he informed me. I nodded and ran back into the woods, in search of my sister. She wasn't too far into the woods so I found her very quickly. There was a walker on top of her and she was struggling to keep its chomping teeth away from her neck.

I ran up behind it and stabbed it in the head. I pulled it off of her and when she stood up I engulfed her in a hug.

"Are you okay?" I asked into her shoulder, tears were brimming my eyes.

"I'm fine, Kaylee" she replied, pulling away, "I don't need-" her sentence stopped when she saw my tears falling form my eyes, landing on my shirt.

"Thanks... Now let's get back and help them" she said, running off towards the camp. I listened and followed her back to camp.

When we got there everything was quiet and there were no more walkers. We walked up behind Carl, Lori and some others.

"Are they all gone?" A girl, who I learned her name was Sophia, asked.

"Looks like it" I replied. They all swung around and smirks once they saw us.

"Quinn?!" Carl questioned. He wrapped her in a hug and smiled at how they were getting along. I looked around the camp for Luca but I couldn't find him.

"Uh... Where's Luca?" I asked. Carl, Quinn and Sophia looked around but we couldn't see him.

"I don't know" Carl said. Tears started to brim my eyes again. I walked away from them and looked inside of each tent but couldn't find him. I saw Glenn sitting near the rv and decided to ask him.

"Have you seen Luca?" I asked. He shook his head slightly before looking up to me.

"Maybe he's in the rv, and if he isn't don't give up." I smiled at the comment and walked into the rv.

"Luca" I called out. I walked through the whole thing but he wasn't there. That's when I broke down, my back slid down the rv's wall until I hit the ground. I covered my face with my hands and my tears were coming down fast.

"KAYLEE!" Someone called from outside. I wiped my eyes with the sleeves of my sweater and got up, heading towards the door. Before I got there the door swung open and Luca was standing in front of me.

"Luca?" I wrapped my arms around his neck and he wrapped his around my waist.

"I'm glad you're okay" I said. My tears started to slow down as he held me longer. He pulled away and looked at me with his red puffy eyes.

"I think I love you Kaylee. I know that it's kinda weird and we just met but I feel something for you" he admitted. I smiled before leaning up and kissing his lips again.

"I think I love you too" I said, hugging him again. We stood there for a bit before the rv's door was opened and Quinn walked in. Luca let go and left so we could talk.

"Since when?" She asked, pointing at the door where Luca just left.

"Since never, we're not a thing" I said.

"Well if you do become a things he's got to deal with me first" she smirked. I laughed at her.

"We good?" I asked. She smirks and replied "we're good" she leaned in and we hugged. I hadn't hugged her in so long and it was awesome.

I loved my sister so much.

She was all I had left so I couldn't let her go.

We're good.
