Never Be Alone(A Ninjago Fanfic)

Chapter 4

We got up and walked to the dojo.  The ninja were told what to do and I was left with Sensei (I'd I call him Sensei Wu, but Sensei sounds better and is more fluent.).  He watched his pupils' work and how they trained.  Then he turned to me.

​"Fallow me."  He took me to an obstacle course and said, "This is where you will train, this course is a replica of the course the ninja trained on.  Now begin."  I ran and jumped and completed the course in a short amount of time.  Then I went up to Sensei.  "You did well, better than all my pupils had ever done on the first try.  You are to do it again.  Go!"  I went again and got it done in less time than before.  I could tell Sensei was impressed.

​"How'd I do that time?"

​"You did it faster than any of my other pupils had ever done it, even after they mastered it."

​"Wow...really?"

​"Yes.  Fallow me."  He then led me to a room, he told me to go inside and use what I had leaned from the course.  I did and I found that it was easy.  I looked around and there were no more attackers that had been in there when I got there.  I left the room and Sensei approached me.  "Good, did you notice a purple glow around you?"

​"No, why?"

​"Because you were doing Spinjitzu."

​"Spinjitzu?  What's that?"

​"Spinjitzu is a form of fighting that has been hidden for years, until the ninja came around."

​"Oh.  Can anyone do it?"

​"No, only elemental masters."

​"Elemental master?  What?!"

​"An elemental master is someone who was a descendent of one on the original elemental masters, they possess an elemental power.  Does that answer your question?"

​"Yes thank you Sensei.  I have another question though.  How come I have an elemental power and I never knew until now?"

​"Well...did your mother ever seem different?"

​"Yes, she could read my thoughts, and she did...a lot."

​"Well did she do anything else?"

​"Yes, she would cool our drinks without even putting an ice cube into the cup, it was like magic.  There were other times where she did weird stuff, but I don't like those memories."

​"Ok, very well.  What was her name?"

​"Lydia, Lydia G. Vickers.  Why do you ask?"

​"I ask because, that is the name of my sister."

​"WHAT?!  MY MOTHER IS YOUR SISTER!?!  WHAT?!  HOW!?!"

​"Yes it is true.  The name of your mother is the name of my sister.  Come, there is much I must to explain."

​I fallowed Sensei to his quarters.  Thousands of questions were swarming in my mind.  'How is this possible?  Mother never mentioned that her brothers were Lord Garmadon and Sensei Wu!  Oh why did she keep this from me?!  Why did she never tell me I have powers?  Oh gosh.  WHY MOTHER WHY?!?  I can't believe her.  I can't believe that my mother, MY MOTHER THE MOST HONOST PERSON I KNOW, or knew, would keep something SO POWERFUL and IMPORTANT from me.  Wow I might have some things to rethink in my life.'  When we arrived Sensei ordered me to sit down.  I obeyed, but wanted to ask so many questions.  Sensei then pulled out a bag that had a symbol on it.  Then he approached me.
