"For the past 3 years... the Lutong Bahay ni Juan got its way to top... not only here in the Philippines but also in some Asian Country... and in few more time... it will conquer the Asia... and this will leads us to do something about the management... Well it's been awhile since I saw her like this.
"Colei is right... hindi na namin kakayanin ang pagmamanage nito ng kaming dalawa lang halos... isabay pa ang patuloy na paglako ng mga negosyo na hawak hawak ng bawat isa sa atin... we have to do something about it." Ani Yuki sabay tanggal ng kanyang eyeglasses na may black frame... er... that eyeglass of her was from a well known eyewear company na sister company ng Zenista.
may punto sila ni Colei ... the restau is growing...as well as our businesses... plus all of them have their babies... and families... ako na lamang ang wala...
Colei is kinda stress pa dahil hindi muna pwedeng magtrabaho si Bel dahil maselan itong magbuntis... no choice siya kundi humanap ng reliever...
sa nakaraan pang tatlong taon halos sila lang ni Yuki ang nagmanage ng restaus... Kean was too busy fixing his life and with Kronos of course... and I was away... though we help them thru closing big accounts international.
"So.... what is the plan?" Tanong ni Kean na nakatingin sa screen ng kanyang Ipad kung saan naroon ang kuha ng cctv ng kinaroroonan ng anak nitong si Kronos at ang triplets nina kuya at Yuki.
"I suggest to have a division of labor...in our part... " ani Colei
Napatingin kaming lahat dito.
"We will be having our monthly meeting to update each other... sa performance ng mga hawak nating branches... don't worry... I will be handling the international branches...since Sebastian won't mind helping me...traveling.." anito na may pilyang ngiti sa mga labi.
Napapailing nalamang ako... I don't want to know why ....
"I'll have to Luzon area." Ani Yuki.
I know why she doesn't like to have the Visayas ... kuya PJ's main office is located in Cebu since doon nagstart ng business sina dad and lolo.
"Fine...Visayas is mine." Ani Kean.
"Aryt... I will be at Davao... naman.. I will be having the Mindanao area..." sabi ko... "and... to payback... I will volunteer myself to have the general management of the Lutong Bahay... for this year... then magsasalitan tayo...para patas. " suhesyon ko
Nagkasundo ang lahat....
After ng meeting ay hiningi ko ang kopya ng mga documents na kakailanganin ko para sa pagpapatakbo ng LBNJ ... at ipinasa iyon kay Mitch upang ipareview nya kay Anna na isa ko pang assistant.
Mayroon akong tatlong assistant.. Michelle, Anna and Carmen. Plus Yvan..
Anna Cueraz is assigned to review and summarized all reports in Hotels and Restau business we have... sya rin ang aking property consultant... she is a lawyer ... and I paid her to work exclussively for me...
Michelle Dela Ross is hands on in Zenista... and may overall assistant... she is a very efficient one.. Suma Cumlaude in U.P L.B and a M.A holder... she is a graduate of Business Ad.
And lastly Carmen Sental, who is assigned in Hacienda Gernome. A Agriculture Grad. And M.A holder... well she is a Cum Laude.
"Guys! I'll be gone for hacienda Gernome... tomorrow... and my flight to Davao with Northwest is the day after tomorrow....I will check on our branches out there also... " paliwanag ko sa kanila habang isinusukbit ang bag ko sa balikat at inaayos ang ilan pang files na ako na mismo ang magrereview sa byahe...
