C H A P T E R 6 ☆

I couldn't contain my excitement once we arrived at the doctor's office for our appointment.

"Baby, calm down." Dacian chuckled squeezing my hand as I held onto his.

"What's taking them so long to call us back there?" I grumbled kicking me feet out.

"This is how long we usually wait just be patient." He told me making me relax a little.

I can't wait to find out the gender of my little munchkin.

I put my hand over my belly and smiled.

Dacian seen me and smiled also.

After about ten minutes of waiting the lady finally came out and walked us into the back. We turned almost every hall of that hospital before we arrived at the right room. I sat in the seat while Dacian sat next to me in a chair.

"Hello, I will be your doctor for the next five months or so.. My name is Amy Jones but you can just call me Amy." She stated shaking both of our hands.

"What happened to our other Doctor?" I questioned her with raised eyebrows.

"Well he got fired for not doing the correct procedures for child birth." She replied back to me making me scrunch up my face.

And to think I was gonna have him help deliver my baby.

"Well I'm glad you're my doctor now." I said making her chuckle.

"Glad to be your doctor. Should we check on the baby and see how she or he is doing?" She questioned me.

I nodded my head rapidly.

I just love seeing the baby.

I watched her as she set up the machine.

"I'm gonna put this on your belly so we can have a clearer look at the baby." She stated putting the gel stuff on my belly.

I giggled at how much it tickled.

"You're so goofy." Dacian stated laughing also.

After she spread the gel out on my belly she turned on the machine and put the little nob on my belly which is starting to show a lot.

"Do we get to find out the gender of the baby?" I asked her as she tried to find the baby.

"You should be about four months so yeah." She replied back to me making me smile.

"There he/she is!" The doctor said making me glue my eyes to the machine.

I watched as my little baby moved around slowly.

"Awwwwww." I said out loud.

I looked at Dacian to see him just as fascinated with the baby as I am.

"That's my boy." He stated with a goofy grin on his face.

"You're right, that is your boy." The doctor said making my mouth drop completely.

"See, I knew it, what did I tell you?" Dacian said shaking his head.

"Whatever, you were right, fine." I said rolling my eyes and waving him off.

I secretly knew it was gonna be a boy too because Dacian thought so. Most of the time he's right.

"Congratulations on being pregnant with a baby boy." The doctor stated giving us a friendly smile.

"I can't believe that I'm gonna give birth to a boy." I replied back to her.

She smiled and nodded her head.
