Manan- Unacceptable Relation

CHAPTER-14

After meeting the detective Padma and Manik sat in the car and drove back to home. While they were turning in a lane leading to Murthy Mansion Padma saw Pia with a guy.

They both were standing very close to each other.

Padma couldn't believe that Pia could do such a thing.

She fumed in anger and asked Manik-

Manik Beta Car roko.

Manik applied sudden brakes and said

Manik- Kya hua Amma.

Manik looked at the direction in which Padma was looking.

He saw Pia with the guy.

Padma went to Pia and pulled her away from that guy with a jerk.

Pia- Amma aap ....

And then

THUD.....

Padma gave a tight slap to Pia .

Manik rushed to her and said to Padma-

Amma ghar chaliye . yahan unnecessary scene create hojayega.

Padma looked around and saw people had started to gather there.

Manik- Pia , come sit in the car.

Pia's head was lowered all this while as her mother had seen her with a guy.

She nodded her head and went and sat in Manik's car.

Padma turned towards the guy and warned him-

Dur raho meri beti se. Agar uske aas paas bhi nazar aaye na to mujhse bura koi nai hoga.

The guy didn't say anything and went away.

Manik took Padma to his car and made her sit in the car.

Padma had lost all her strength after what she saw.

Manik took them to Murthy Mansion.

As soon as they went inside,

Padma held Pia's hand and shouted-

Kaun tha wo ladka.

Kabse Janti ho use.

Pia- Amma wo college me mere sath padtha hai . Ek saal se hum dono sath hai. Bahut Acha ladka hai wo .

Padma- Bas bahut hogaya. Aage ek shabd mat bolna.

Aise ladko ko mai achi tarah Janti hu.

Pia- But Amma wo baaki ladko ki tarah nai hai.

Padma moved ahead to hit her but Manik stopped her.

Manik- Amma please came down. Aap baithiye yahan pe pehle.

Padma sat on the couch and held her face with both her hands.

Padma- Maine kabhi socha bhi nahi tha ki meri beti aisa kuch karsakti hai.

She started to cry.

Nandini came down from her room and saw her Amma crying.

Nandini- Kya hua Amma aap ro kyu rahi hai.

Pia- Amma please ek baat meri baat to suniye.

Padma- Aur kya sunu mai. Itna sab hone ke baad bhi tumhe apni safai me kuch kehna hai.

Nandini- Amma but hua kya hai. Koi batayega mujhe.

Manik- Nandini tum Pia ko lekar andar jao.

He turned towards Padma and said- Amma aap chaliye mere sath , we need to talk.

Nandini took Pia to her room all the while thinking what could have happened.

Manik and Padma went to Padma's room.

Padma went and sat on a chair.

Manik went and sat in front of her on the opposite chair.

He took Padma's hand in his hands and said-

Amma aap please tension mat lijiye. Sab theek hojayega.

Agar Pia us ladke ko pasand karti hai aur agar wo ladka Acha hai to we should get them married.

Padma- Par beta kaise pata chalega ki wo kaisa ladka hai.

Manik- Don't worry Amma I will find out. Mai baat karunga usse.

Meanwhile in Pia's room-

Pia -Nandini, I want to stay alone for sometime and she closed the door after Nandini went out.

Nandini came to Padma's room to ask what had happened.

She overheard the conversation between Manik and Padma.

Padma- Manik Beta . Thank you so much. Tum hamare liye kitna kuch karte ho. Kehne ko to tum mere damad ho par bete se badhkar ho.
Mai tumhara shukriya ada kaise karu.

Manik- Kaisi baatein kar rahi ho aap Amma. Ek taraf Beta bhi kehti hai aur dusri taraf thanks bhi bolti ho.
Koi bete ko thanks bolta hai kya kabhi.

Padma smiled hearing him and kissed his forehead and said- Tum bahut ache ho Manik . Hamesha khush raho.

Manik- Acha Amma mai chalta hu. Bahut der hogayi hai. Bachche wait kar rahe honge.

Padma- Acha theek hai.Jao. Bachchon ko mera pyar dena.

With this Manik came out of the room and saw Nandini standing at the door.

Nandini- Jiju thanks .

Manik- Thanks kyu.

Nandini- I heard everything.

Manik- Oh God ab tum start mat kardena ye thanks session.

Nandini giggled hearing this.

Nandini- Ek baat kahu aap naraz to nahi honge.

Manik- Kya baat hai bolo.

Nandini- Aise nahi pehle promise kijiye ke aap naraz nahi honge.

She forwarded her hand to take his promise.

Manik smiled hearing her antics.

He put his hand on her hand and said-

Acha Baba promise mai naraz nahi honga.

Nandini- Aarav-Khushi ki Birthday ka cake mai khud banana chahti hu. Please Can I?

Manik felt very happy that she is thinking so much for his kids.

He said OK.

Nandini got really excited on hearing yes from Manik. She immediately hugged him and said-
Thank u thank u so much.....

Manik was taken aback with the sudden hug. He closed his eyes.

He raised his hands to hug her back but then stopped by fisting his hands.

Nandini broke the hug and ran to her room after saying thanks once again.

Manik stood there for a long time staring at the direction in which she went.

Suddenly his phone started to ring.

He came out of the trance and picked up the phone.

Manik- Yes Mom.

Nyonika- Manik Beta . where are you?
Bachche kabse yaad kar rahe hai tujhe.

Manik- Mom I will be there in 20 min.

Nyonika- OK Beta . come soon.

He kept the phone and went away.

Phewww!!! Done with another update.
