(Harry's POV)

My heart stopped as I looked down at the collage of scars along her arms. The dark marks ranged in size all throughout her forearms.

"W-What are those from?" I studdered as tears rolled down my cheeks.

"Uhm, my father." Jenna said as she looked up at me.

"What do you mean your father?" I yelled as I stood up.

"He does this when he's drunk." She said looking down in shame.

"My god!" I shouted as I walked towards the bedroom.

Quickly, I pulled a suitcase out from underneath the bed and started throwing clothing into it.

"What are you doing?" Jenna asked as she started to cry.

"We're getting out of here!" I shouted into the livingroom.

"What the hell does that mean?" She yelled as the tears streamed down her face.

"You and me. We're leaving, I have friends in the mid-west. We will stay with them for a little while." I said confidently.

"Why the hell would we do that?" Jenna questioned as she layed her face into her palms.

"Its not safe here, what don't you get!" I shouted loudly in annoyance.

Quickly, Jenna looked up in tears and knelt to the floor in pain.

I dropped my clothing and ran next to her in sorrow.

(Jenna's POV)

I felt his muscular arms wrap around me as I knelt on the ground, crying.

"Jenna, I'm sorry I shouted." He said softly as he continued to hug me.

My head spun and my vision blurred as I gave in and sunk into his arms.

"It's all going to be okay Jenna, but you and me need to go and get out of here." He said in a comforting tone.

I shyly looked up at him and nodded. His strong arms lifted me off the ground and stood me up in front of his tall body as he turned to finish packing.

"C'mon, grab your bag." Harry said as he walked toward the front door carrying a large, black suitcase.

Quickly Harry ran out of the house and loaded the truck.

"Hey, grab my keys!" He shouted with eagerness from the truck.

I swiftly clutched his keys in my left hand as I pulled the door shut with my right. My boots skid across the frosty ground as I ran around to the passanger side of the truck.

Harry quickly revved the engine and sped down the long, dirt road towards the town line.
