"So, you like cats?" Sam asked to avoid the awkward silence that had filled the prison van.

"Sam." Steve started.

"What? Dude shows us dressed like a cat and you don't want to know more?" Sam asked.

"Your suit, vibranium?" Steve asked T'Challa.

"The Black Panther had been the protector of Wakanda for generations. A mantel, passed from warrior to warrior. And now because your friend murdered my father, I also wear the mantel of King. So I ask you, as both Warrior and King, how long do you think you can keep your friend safe from me?" T'Challa asked.

Nikolina leaned forward. "So, you are a Black Panther? I thought you were a cat man."

They soon arrived at the location, and saw Bucky in a giant capsule. The three walked up to Sharon, a man in a suit, and the three men with guns behind them.

"What's going to happen to him?" Steve asked.

"The same thing that ought to happen to you. Psychological evaluation." The man replied.

"This is Everett Ross, deputy task force commander." Sharon explained.

"What about a lawyer?" Steve asked.

"Lawyer, that's funny. See their weapons be placed in lockup. We'll write you a receipt." Everett said.

A man walked by with Sam's Falcon suit. "I better not look outside the window and see anyone flying around in that," Sam said, earning a small laugh from Nikolina and a stern look from T'Challa.

Everett led them down the hall.

"You'll be provided with an office, instead of a cell, and do me a favor, stay in it." He said.

"I don't intend on going anywhere." T'Challa said.

Natasha walked up to us. "For the record, this is what making things worse looks like."

"Good to see you too, Nat." Nikolina responded sarcastically.

They entered the office and overheard Tony talking about consequences.

"Consequences?" Steve questioned when Tony hung up.

"Secretary Ross wants the three of you prosecuted." Tony stated.

"I am only fifteen. Can he prosecute me?" Nikolina asked, walking further into the office and not listening to the rest of their conversation.

After a few minutes, Nikolina joined Sam and Steve in an office as they watched Bucky on the monitor.

"The receipt for your gear." Sharon handed Sam a paper.

"Bird costume?" Sam questioned after swiftly reading through the receipt. "Come on."

"I didn't write it." Sharon defended. She then sneakily pressed a button so they could hear what was going on.

"My name is Bucky." Nikolina heard Bucky say after the doctor had asked a few questions. They continued to talk.

Suddenly all the power went out.

"Sub-level five, east wing." Sharon said and Steve, Sam and Nikolina ran out of the office. They reached the evaluation room, and heard someone calling for help. It was the doctor.

Steve pinned him agains the wall and asked for answers. Suddenly Bucky's arm is swinging at Sam, who ducks just in time. Bucky throws Sam across the room. He then tries to punch Nikolina but, much to his surprise, she catches his metal arm. He shockingly looks at her before kicking her in her stomach, sending her flying into a wall. She slowly slides down it.

She crawled away from the wall, seeing the doctor trying to escape.

"Hey." She heard Sam call. Nikolina pushed herself off the ground and ran after Sam. They followed the doctor until they reached the outside, where everyone is frantically running around. Sam walked over and picked up a blazer on the ground. Nikolina and Sam look around for the man, but can't seem to find it anywhere.

"Kurat võtaks." Nikolina cursed in Sovokian. It meant 'dammit' and she thought it was pretty accurate for the situation.

Sam and Nikolina ran up to Steve. The three of them walked into the room that held Bucky.

"Steve." Bucky sighed, almost relieved to see the bunch.

"Which Bucky am I talking to?" Steve asked.

"Your mom's name was Sarah. You used to wear newspapers in your shoes." Bucky said, smiling slightly.

"Can't read that in a museum." Steve noted.

"Just like that, we're supposed to be cool?" Sam asked.

"What did I do?" Bucky asked.

"Enough." Steve replied.

Bucky sighed, "I knew this would happen. Everything HYDRA put inside me is still there. All he had to do was say the goddamn words."

"Who was he?" Nikolina asked.

"You're the annoying girl who ate my chocolate bars." Bucky said, looking at Nikolina. She winked at him, smiling at the end of it. "And I don't know."

"People are dead. The bombing, the setup, the doctor did all that just to get ten minutes with you. I need you to do better than 'I don't know'."Steve said.

"He wanted to know about Siberia. Where I was kept. He wanted to know exactly where." Bucky said. He seemed like he was remembering something.

"Why would he need to know that?" Nikolina asked him.

"Because I'm not the only Winter Soldier."

He told them about the other Winter Soldiers.

"Who are they?" Steve asked him.

"Their most elite death squad. More kills than anyone in HYDRA history, and that was before the serum." Bucky explained.

"They all turned out like you?" Sam asked him.

"Worse." was his reply.

"The doctor, could he control them?" Steve asked Bucky.

"Enough." he said.

"He said he wanted to see an empire fall." Steve said.

"With these guys, he could do it. They speak thirty languages, can hide in plain sight, infiltrate, assassinate, destabilize, they can take a whole country down in one night, you'd never see them coming."

"Sounds like a lovely group of people." Nikolina said sarcastically as Sam and Steve had a conversation.

The language used for Sokovian is Estonian, if you were wondering.
