After the weird encounter with the flying boat and teens with matching t-shirts, Simon decided to invite them to his shared room. Baz argued at first, telling Simon that Percy's gang could not be trusted, but gave up in the end.
Simon led them in, accidentally tripping on the vintage cabinet Penny owns in the process. Why she likes used items? He did not know.
"What's with you and used things?" Simon asked her.
"It's not used, it's antique," Penny replied with a smug look.
They dropped the conversation when Penny started talking to their new friends.
"So," Penny started, "what brings you all here?"
"The architecture." the teens with the names Leo, Annabeth and Frank said.
While Piper, Hazel, Will and Percy said, dreamily, "Love~"
Although, Nico, Reyna and Jason said, "I really don't know..."
"Well, whatever your reason for coming here, welcome to London!" Penny exclaimed.
"Thank you, lady I just met!" the scrawny guy, Leo, said.
"You're welcome!!" Penny was gratified with 'lady I just met'. Weirdly.
"So-" whatever Simon was going to say was never heard. All thanks to the rumbling from the worn-out cabinet.
"What in Mer-!!" Baz shouted, taking out his wand.
The guests also took out their own weapons of choice. They would need to talk to them after.
The cabinet opened. What came out was unexpected.
