*DING DONG BANG BONG*

"Gooooood morning, everyone! The principal of Bright Future Academy announces that it is 7am! Get up, get up and get ready for another beeeeeeautiful day!" I heard Monokuma's voice rang inside my room, which instantly woke me up.

"Ugh..." I groaned, trying to get up. I rubbed my eyes(not that it would help me see... But my eyes does hurt...). "Morning already...?"

I got off of bed and got ready to take a shower... After showering, I quickly wore my clothes and went to the dining room.

At the dining room, everyone was already there. Thankfully, no one has died yet...

"Good morning, everyone!" I greeted with a smile and sat down on a chair. Some of them greeted back, some of them didn't.

I 'saw' Joy running towards my direction, waving. "Morning, little sis!"

"Good morning," I greeted.

"Good morning, Ms. Mattea!" I heard Mr. Magtibay greeted.

"Morning," I replied. "So... How's everyone doing?"

"Thankfully, we're still fine..." I heard Ms. Wood said.

Then, I heard a clap. It came from Joy. "Does anyone want breakfast?" she asked. "I'll cook ya some!"

We all nodded. Well, except for Ms. Light who remained still. I wonder what's wrong with her...?

"Alright! I'll cook you all some breakfast then!" With that, Joy ran to the kitchen.

While waiting for Ms. Kater's cooking finish, a familiar bear appeared out of nowhere. "Why are you all still alive?!" he yelled, making me whimper. I felt someone rub my back after I whimpered. It was Zero... He was trying to calm me down... I felt heat rush to my cheeks because of his actions.

"T-thanks..." I shyly said to Zero.

He seemed to understand what I meant, as he said, "You're welcome!"

"Why are you guys still alive?" Monokuma asked again but with a lower volume.

"Do you expect us to murder each other just to get away here?" Ms. Li said. "No way!"

I heard Monokuma huff and disappeared again.

"What a crazy bear, that is..." Mr. Driftwood commented.

"Hey, everyone! Food's ready!" I heard Ms. Kater say from the kitchen. "Ms. Vant? Can you help me carry these?"

Ms. Vant bowed. "Gladly," she said.

After a short while, they arrived with plates on their hands. "Sorry if it's your typical breakfast but... I wanted to try and keep it simple!" Ms. Joy told.

I looked at the plates to see what's on them. They are bacon and eggs... with fried rice too! My eyes widened when I saw the dishes and I also felt my mouth water a bit. They were simple but looks delicious!
