Turnabout Mistakes ~ Hopeful Days, Part 1

—Ultimate Perceiver Mattea Li's POV—

*DING DONG BANG BONG*

"Gooooood morning, everyone! The principal of Bright Future Academy announces that it is 7am! Get up, get up and get ready for another beeeeeeautiful day!" The announcement rang to the entire academy once again.

I was already awake though... I woke up early... I still can't believe that...Ms. Lucia and Mr. Elias...or rather, Mr. James was...dead... I really hope that doesn't happen again...

I suddenly let out a groan. This was frustrating... Nobody had to die... Ugh...

Those thoughts lingered my mind for a moment...

"It's no use..." I told the air. "We gotta find a way out of here..." With that, I got out of bed and went outside heading my way to the dining room.

As I exit my room, I sensed Ms. Rhea standing alone in the corridor. I admit, she surprised me a bit...

She seemed to have sensed my presence too as she turn her head and looked at me. "Morning," she suddenly said.

"U-um... Good morning," I greeted back. "Were you...waiting for me?"

She nodded and started to walk. That was unusual...

We were finally at the dining room.

"Sis! I was worried about you," Joy cried as she ran at me. "I thought you were... I thought..."

"Don't worry, Joy," I assured with a slight chuckle. "I'm fine."

She sighed in relief. "Yeah... Now I can finally breath..."

After a while, I heard Mr. Zero chuckle. "You guys surely have some positivity, huh?"

"Of course!" I replied. "We need it, anyway..."

"Yeah... Y-you're right..." Mr. Pen agreed.

Shortly, Ms. Serena has served the breakfast and we went ahead and eat.

After eating... "Helloooooo!!!!! Everyone! I have something new to show y'all! Just follow me~!" It was Monokuma.

—Ultimate Drag Racer Flash Driftwood's POV—

Oh great... That bear again... I groan in frustration. "This better not be disappointing!"

"Oh, but don't worry... It's not," he assured. "In fact, it's awesome! Upupupupu!"

He led us to an elevator. One I never knew existed.

"Where are you taking us?" Magtibay asked.

"I'm gonna take you to another floor of this academy!" he cheered. "As a reward for killing!"

"W-what?" Li whispered. "We get rewards when someone...dies...?"

"Yep!" He nodded. "That way, y'all can discover more ways in killing! And well, to make your life easier too... But it's more on discovering ways in killing. Upupupupu!"

I hate this bear. That's all I'm gonna say.

We've finally reached our destination... I went outside and took a look around.

"It's pretty neat, to be honest..." I commented. I hate to admit it, but it is...

"Come on, guys! I'll show you around!" Monokuma gestured. We went on and followed him.

"This is the Music Room!" Crazy Bear announced loudly. "Complete with all sorts of instruments that can be used. And look, there's even a stage here! Upupupu!" He pointed at the stage that is in front of a number of seats.

If there's anyone that is gasping right now, it'll be Octavius, of course. Hmm... Wonder if he could play rock... Probably not.

"Oooh! Piano!" Octavius cried, running to the grand piano. "I wanted to play this so badly..."

Hamada chuckled. "Go ahead then. I've been wanting to hear your music too anyway."

Octavius became all flattered and all those things again and nodded. "Okay, I'll play."

"Ooh~! He's blushing!" Li and Kater cooed. These girls are really immature sometimes... I wouldn't be surprised if they die.

But who can deny that Octavius and Hamada are meant to be, anyway? I can't. Seriously Hamada, take him now.

Anyway... Octavius started to play the piano. I don't know the song, but it sure is soothing.

The music lasted for a while and we're not complaining. It's such good song. Even Crazy Bear is tranced and is listening peacefully.

—Ultimate Leader Caleb Magtibay's POV—

Ah... This is the feeling and the atmosphere of a hopeful place... This is what it should be everyday... Not those despairing days and all those killing and bloodshed...

I hope everyday is as peaceful as this one... Payapa...

Pen Octavius... You're doing great keeping the hope... You are a one great man...

Pen Octavius is a cute cinnamon that no evil shall touch! XD You're great, Pen! You filled the place with hope again.

Anyway, sorry there wasn't a lot that happened here... Cuz writer's block... Ugh... It's killing me... XD

Also, the music that Pen plays can be heard in that video! It's from the original Sims game and it is such a great music! Claps for them! XD And also, Pen plays the entire track without notes to look at. Meaning, he memorized it all perfectly.
