—Ultimate Perceiver Mattea Li's POV—

I'm really that I'm actually gonna hang out with Penny! I always wanted to be friends with a cutie. But hmm... What should we do first? We can swim if he wants to... Maybe just talk... Oh! How about...maybe I should ask if he could teach me to play an instrument!? I always wanted to play the violin since I was a kid... Okay, that's a lie... Either way, I wanna learn how to play it now!

Somehow, something tells me that the nickname Penny suits him... I gotta ask what he thinks about this subject...

"U-um... W-what should we do first...?" Penny asked, snapping me out of my thoughts. Oh! I forgot! We should definitely talk about his love for Zero! Yay!

I came to the decision that maybe we should just talk for a while. "Hmm... Wanna talk for a while?" I asked.

He nodded. "Okay..."

I am not quite comfortable to talk in this place. "Let's go somewhere else!" I gestured for him to follow me to...I think the music room would do... And so, I led him there!
----------------------------–--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ah... I could sense Penny's happiness as we enter the music room... This room must've bring comfort and hope to him so much that he even played a very wonderful song that probably brought hope to us once again. Well, no surprise there... He's the Ultimate Musician, after all. Okay, I take that back...he's the Ultimate Cutie!

"You really love this place, do you?" I asked him as he looked around the room, a presence of happiness and...sadness...present in his heartbeat. I'm not a psychologist, but I could just feel the sadness in his heart, in his soul, in his spirit... Like there's something he's missing...something he wants and needs...

"Yeah..." Penny responded while fiddling with the instruments. "I missed being with my family... Playing music together... Singing all day long... But I guess we're not gonna see them for a while, right?"

He sighed as he continued, "But when can we do anyway? Well... There's one thing we can do..."

"And that is hope for it... Don't worry, Penny..." I paused. "We're going to get out of here. I promise. Just continue hoping for it... Do not lose hope."

"I won't lose hope," he said in a quite determined voice. "I believe that there's hope for everything and everyone. We'll stay strong...right?"

I nodded in response. "That's right, Penny." I showed him my warmest smile. Not to brag, but I think that brought more hope to him. "You'll be with your family again soon!"

"I'm hoping for it..." He replied. "W-well..." He awkwardly chuckled. "W-what do you want to do now?"

Whoa... I just realized that he didn't stuttered a single bit when we talked about his family and about getting out of this place... I guess he's calmer when it comes to his family...

I thought for a second of what to reply and came up with... "Let's talk about your crush! Zero!" I giggled as his body temperature rise up.

"W-w-what...?" Penny stuttered. "No... I-I mean, we c-could if you r-really want to... B-but..."

I jumped up and down with the balls of my feet, trying to contain my fangirl squeals. "He's so embarrassed when talking about his beloved~!" I teased him, which made his temperature rise up more. Heehee! I love this...
