-Lucy's pov-

"Wake up, Lucy." I open my eyes, still half asleep. "I made breakfast." I expect to see Natsu at my side, but he's gone. "Ok." I hear the door close as I still lay in the sheets. I finally get up. I walk to the bathroom and change back to my regular clothes. I brush my teeth before walking down stairs to greet everyone. "Good morning."'

"Morning, Lucy!" Wendy smiles at me and I smile back. The rest greet me. I sit down to eat with them. "Now, Natsu, what happened?" He swallows his food. "We were on our date, then we see Wendy and Romeo. We talk for a little, then Lucy leaves, but Wendy follows her," he freezes, realizing what he said. "What!? Did you leave Wedny alone!?" Natsu cringes at the harshness in Ingeel's voice. "No...?" Igneel bangs his fist on the table, "Why!?"

"I was just distracted. It was only for a little bit."

"Enough for me to listen to Rouge's confession to Lucy." Natsu glares at Wendy. I silently eat my eggs as I watch them start an argument. "Stop! Natsu, continue on with the story." Natsu grunts before continuing to tell what happened yesterday. "That's why you saw me so mad 'cause I heard Wendy promise Lucy that she won't tell me." I rolls my eyes at his lie. "I went to his house, beat him up, then Lucy came and stuff got worse. We ended up going home then that's when I called you." Natsu finishes off, poking at his food. I touch the small purple mark on my cheek. "Phone." Natsu looks up from his food, "What?" Igneel looks at him sternly, "Give me your phone."

"But... fine, whatever." Natsu tosses his phone to his dad who catches it. "One month." Wendy glances at Natsu who's gaping. "Don't worry. This device isn't your life line." His mom reassures him, smiling. I look at the time, "Uh... I think we should head out." Grandine looks at her wrist watch and nods. "You're right. Come on, finish up breakfast." Wendy brings all her food to the edge of the plate, puts the plate to her mouth, and chugs it all down. "Ok, I'm done now." Wendy goes to get her bag. Wait... Shit. "Uh, Natsu?" He also goes to get his bag on the couch. "Yeah?"

"My bag is at my house..." I nervously smile as he hangs one strap on his shoulder. "Oh..." Grandine gets the car keys, "Don't worry, I'm sure your brother will get it for you." Wendy kisses her dad on the cheek, "Bye, dad." He grins at her, "Bye, sweetie." I walk to Natsu who has his hand extended to me. "Bye." Natsu says to his dad before opening the door and going to the car. "Natsu, that was rude." He stops walking making me bump into his chest. "And he's not?"

"Yes, actually. You should show respect to your parents." Natsu scoffs, "The old man doesn't show respect for me." I stomp on his foot making him wince, "But he gave you life! Stop acting so childish! You're taking your parents for granted!" He frowns harshly at me as the front door of his house opens and closes. "Ok, let's get a move on." Mrs. Dragneel unlocks the car and we all get in. Natsu gets shotgun, so I sit with Wendy in the back. Wendy gets out some papers and a pencil. "Really?" Wendy pouts at me, "I was with you guys the whole day yesterday, do you think I had time for homework?" I chuckle as she franticly writes. "Here, let me help you." I get one of the sheets and look over it. A words search? "Wendy, I thought you were in 8th grade."

"I am." I show her the word search, "Then why do they still give you east words searches? I mean, we still got words searches sometimes, but... not this easy." The words search consist of 10 extremely easy vocabulary words. "That's better for me. It's better that way." She hands me a pencil as she reads the question on her paper. I find all the words and circle them. "Oh, an accident." Grandine says, looking further away. Wendy grins at this, knowing she has more time to finish.

"Let me just turn here..." She switches lanes and goes a different direction. "Hopefully you guys won't be late." Wendy finishes the paper she has and takes the words search from me. "Now, this last paper." She takes notebook paper out of her backpack. She franticly writes on the paper. "Here's your pencil." She stops writing, takes it, puts it in her backpack, and continues writing.

Soon enough, we reach Wendy's school. She franticly finishes writing as we stop in front of her school. "Bye, Wendy." Natsu, Grandine, and I say simultaneously. "Bye, guys." She says as she grabs her bag and closes the door. She waves at us before running up to Romeo. "They're so cute." Grandine drives out of the car rider lane and heads to our school.

-After school-
-Lucy's pov-

"Come on!" Levy shouts excitedly as she pulls on my arms to a store. Erza, Juvia, and Lisanna are behinds us. "I want you to try on some new styles!" Levy drags me through the store choosing clothing. The others do the same. "Most of these aren't really my taste..." I say, looking at the pile of clothes Levy has in her hands. "Just try them on." She pushes me to the dressing room. "Levy I'm not really─"

"Just try them on!" She repeats. She gives me the mountain of clothes. "Pick something out, and once you're done, come out so we can see you." I look through the clothes. They're mostly colors I'm not used to wearing. I take off my shoes to put on some light blue jeans. Once I have those on, I continue looking though them for a shirt. I pick out a black long sleeved sweater with white stars. I go out so Levy can 'inspect' me. "You look so kawaii!" The sweater sleeves are a bit too long for my arms. "You look great, I just don't want you to get too much black. Let me pick out an outfit." Levy comes with me and picks out an outfit.

It's a dark pink and white checkered flannel with a white under shirt, and capris. "But... It's pink." Levy smiles, "I know." She lets me put it on. I go back outside and they all shake their head in approval. "Pink really does suit you." Lisanna says, smiling. "You should were colors more often." I roll my eyes at them before going back. Next is a beige leather (fake leather) jacket, a low cut, short sleeved, shirt with a heart in the middle, and skinny jeans. I go out not feeling comfortable. "I don't like skinny jeans... And this is showing my, er, chest too much." I can feel the stares I'm getting from guys with their girlfriends, or friends. "But you look great." Erza complements me.

"Thanks, but I'd rather feel comfortable. Can I change to my regular clothes now?" Levy sighs, "Fine." I quickly get changed and go back with the ton of clothes. "We'll buy what you tried on, and these." Levy gets more pieces of clothes and puts the rest in the rack. "You'll wear the second outfit on Monday. "Are you sure you have enough to pay?" Levy waves it off, "Of course. Let's go, I wanna look in some other stores too." With clothes each, we all go to the cash register.
