-------->Stalker Dude (Michael Clifford)
___________________________Lunch.
They say Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but when you in a new school and hate people, lunch is. You get to sit at an empty table, by yourself, peacefully eating your lunch. And that's what I intended to do as I walked through the lunch line, handing the lady some money, and taking my trey to an empty looking table. It was in the back corner, beside the doors, with two giant trash cans.
Most people would stay away from them, but I don't see why. It smelt fine over here, and there was less people to ask me all sorts of questions.
Or so I thought.
Heels clicked by, but stopped a few feet away, before getting louder. Someone sat in front of me, with French Tipped nails, and a sparkly looking bag...thingy. 'Like hell if I'm supposed to know if it's designer or dumpster worthy,' I thought. It was the girl from the Bus Stop, I remember the dark blonde hair, instead of bleach blonde like most of the girls have here. "Hi! I'm Amber."
"Anne."
"I know! We're in English together. You sat in the back. Why do you do that?"
"Do what? Sit in the back?"
"Yeah. My boyfriend said he has second period with you, and he saw you sit in the back then too."
"Well, you can tell-" I stop, before I say something rude. "Um, I mean, I do it because I like sitting there."
"What were you-"
"Well! Would you look at the time!" I say loudly, cutting her off. "Lunch is almost over, and I'm sure you don't wanna spend lunch with some loner like me. You should really spend it with your Boyfriend, he looks lonely." I say, gesturing with my finger where Stalker Dude was looking at her with a confused expression. She nods, says bye, then clicks her way to him. With a sigh of relief I continue to eat my lunch.
'God,' I thought. 'I wonder what's next.'
After I was done eating, I threw away my trash, and limped to the bathroom. When I got in there there wasn't anyone there, so I took out one of the bottles in my messenger bag, before dumping a few pills in my hand, taking them by cupping water from the sink into my hands. After putting them back, a girl ran in with tears streaming down her face. She ran right into me, making my bag fall open, the many pill bottles and different things falling out. I gasped, picking them up as fast as I could, counting them as I did. When I got to three, I realized I was missing the fourth bottle. Looking around, I couldn't find it, making a me groan in frustration.
"U-um you, d-dropped this..." A small voice trailed off behind me. 'Shit!' I thought. 'She's gonna rat me out!'
"Y-you can't tell..." I whisper, turning around to see a girl just an inch or two shorter than me, her brown hair forming a curtain around her face, her hands shaking as she handed me the pills. I grabbed them, pushing them into my bag as fast as I could, feeling...drained all the sudden. "Please...?"
"I-I won't tell anyone, if you don't tell anyone I was crying."
"Deal." We shake hands. "Why were you crying?
"Why'd you have all kinds of pills?"
"Question for a question?"
She chuckles before answering. "This girl, told my boyfriend that I cheated on him. Then, she told the hole school, that I ate my parents leftovers because I wasn't w-worth their t-time." At the end, her bottom lip was wobbling and she was on verge of tears again.
