Seventeen years later***

-Zachary-

"Mom I'm heading out!" I say as I slung my bag on my shoulder, making my way downstairs.

"What time will you come back?"

"Erm... Ten, bye!" I shout as I exit the house. I stepped inside my car and started the engine and went to my usual spot at the park. It didn't have any special view to it, but it was quiet. I like being by myself most of the time. Don't get me wrong, I have a few friends that I hang out with.

I'm not a loner at school.

I remember asking my Mom about my sister, she said that she was taken from us by someone. She never told me the person's the name. All I know that this person is not to be messed with because they're powerful... and cruel. The only thing that is in my mind is my family... Especially my sister, They have their hands on her, who knows what they're doing to her.

Is she safe? Is she eating right?

The only reason I am training hard is for her, to get her back, to do my job... Protect her.

I shut the engine and stepped out of my car. I decided to go for a walk, stuffing my hands on my pocket. I looked around, enjoying the view.

"You out here alone?" I turn my head to see a pretty blonde girl. She has a small frame.

"Yeah... You?" I am so awkward with girls. But I'm not feeling any attraction with her... Am I gay? No, no I'm not.

"Yeah, actually I am, do you mind if I walk with you?"

"No not at all" She smiles at me and we began to walk together.

"So... Name?" She says after a while.

"Zachary" I replied.

"I'm Victoria" She replied.

"Hey, why are you out here alone?" I ask, "You know how risky it is for girls to stay out especially at this time, it's dark"

"I can protect myself, don't worry" She looked at me then smiled.

"Are you from here? I mean, this is the first time I see you here"

"Yeah, me and my... Brother, we just moved here a couple of days ago. Hey, I, uh, I gotta do, bye!" She says then jogs away.

"Hey wait! I can drive you if you want!" I offered.

"No that won't be necessary! See you around!" She yells. I looked at my watch and saw that it's currently 8:43 pm. I went to the lake and sat on the ground, listening to the sound of crickets and the wind. I tried to relax myself, but I can't shake the feeling that someone is watching me. I looked behind me and saw no one.

Who is watching me?

I felt a sharp pain on my stomach which made me groan. This has been happening for quite some time now, sometimes I would even feel it on my legs and neck. A part of me wants to know why I feel these things yet a part of me doesn't want to.
