Chapter 32

"Mrs. Hemmings, you are requested downstairs" A maid told me. I stood up from my table and stepped out of the room and followed the maid. I made my way downstairs and saw Castiel... With someone.

"Why are you here?" I asked Castiel, my voice void.

"I want to introduce you to someone--"

"You must be Coreen" The man beside Castiel stood up.

"I--I am, you are?"

"God. Coreen. He is God" Castiel said as he stood up as well. Luke entered the living room, holding a tray with tea and sandwiches on it and set it down the coffee table.

"You--" I pointed at the man--god rather, shocked, "I'm sorry you had to see me in this state" I combed my hair with my hand.

"Oh no, it's all right" He says.

"Please, sit" I say. We sat down on the couch.

"I have heard about what happened about your kids, I'm truly sorry for what my sister is doing" I looked at him confused. Luke sat beside me and held my hand, he also had a confused look.

"The man you are after, he is being used as a vessel by my sister, Darkness. I have kept her locked away for billions of years now, but her vessel has found the key to set her free, and now she is here"

"You can fix this, right?" I held Luke's hand tighter, "You can save my kids and this planet"

"Yes. But" He looked down, "There is something you should know. The reason why I left this planet" He began, "While I was making you, humans, my sister was against it. She told me that non of you serve no true purpose, that you are all just a waste of space. I didn't agree, you are all so beautiful to me. I gave you everything you deserved, needed. But then" He stopped to take a deep breath then continued, "I saw what I have given you, the knowledge I bestowed upon you, has corrupted almost all of you. I felt terrible, it seemed like all of my creations were turning against me, forgetting me. I left because I thought... My sister was right, I had too much faith at all of you"

"But then I heard a voice, calling to me, You" God looked at me with teary eyes, "I hear you praying to me every night, telling me about your days, it was pleasing" He smiled and wiped a tear, "And when I listened, I didn't just hear your voice, I heard everyone else's. And from that moment on it made me realize that, you all maybe flawed, but there is still something good in all of you"

"It doesn't matter, what matters in that you are here now, we can still fix this" I say.

"I will, I will fix the mess that I made, but I first need to make amendments with..."

"Who?" Luke asked.

"All of heaven"

"Of course, you do what you have to do" I say. We all stood up as Castiel and God were about to leave but he turned to me.

"I almost forgot, I want to give you something"

"What?" I asked. He placed his index and middle finger on my forehead and I felt something flow through me... I couldn't describe the feeling. but I have never felt it before, it felt weird, but it felt nice...

"Something you truly deserve" He set his hand down, "Please use it with care" And with that they were gone.

"What did he do?" I asked. I looked at Luke and he was looking at me with wide eyes, "What?" I asked.

"Your eyes..." He says. I took my phone and opened my camera. I gasped in shock. My eyes were like crystal, not all of it, only my cornea.

"I don't--" I placed my phone down, "I don't understand, what did he do to me?"

Updated twice?? That something new. Any who, midterms is near so probably no more updates again, I'm sorry guys. But once my projects and midterms is now done I will update again.
