Kaylin Dark

As soon as I walked in the Precinct with Cisco everyone's guns were pointed at me. I rolled my eyes and groaned. "Bloody hell," I whined. Cisco chuckled. He just walked past everyone to Barry and Iris, leaving me with guns pointed at my face. "Cisco, a little help?" I asked, hands still raised. I saw Iris nod to me.

"Why are you here? It's suicide walking into a precinct full of cops. Even a speedster," she told me. She sounded like a New Yorker. I cringed at the way she spoke.

"Um, I'm not the Scarlet Soldier. Just her doppelganger. I'm here to help and get revenge on Zoom for killing my best friend. That's it," I explained. She raised an eyebrow. "I'm not from here, Iris West. Where I come from I'm known as the Scarlet Savior." I sighed. "Damn alliterations," I muttered. Suddenly everyone lowered their guns and I brought my hands down, walking over to my friends.

"Hey, Kaylin," Barry said with a smile. I smiled at him before looking to Iris who glared at me.

"What?" I asked. Then I glared at Barry, smacking him upside the head as I realized what he said. "Nice job, idiot. You just outed both mine and her identities to cop," I said. His eyes widened.

"Oh. Oops?" I scowled at him. Iris pointed her gun at me, thinking I was going to attack her 'husband.' I snatched the gun front her grasp.

"You don't need this right now. Only when we go after Zoom. I can't risk you shooting me before I look at you the wrong way."

"My father just died because of a meta. I think I have the right to my gun." My gaze softened.

"Joe died?" I whispered. She nodded. I sighed and handed her back the gun. "Just know that I can't die. Zoom already killed me. I'll be even more pissed if it's you that kills me this time," I warned. Her eyes widened as she nodded.

A Few Days Later...

Caitlin was a wreck. Jay was dead, Zoom was gone, and Dr. Wells, Jesse, and Kaylin were all trapped on Earth-1. I didn't leave my apartment much, just sitting in Izabella's room staring at the wall. The memory of Zoom shoving his hand through her chest was on constant replay. Sometimes it would get so bad that I would scream and kick things. I had even punched a hole in my wall one time. I heard a knock at my apartment door, but ignored it. I didn't want to see anyone. "Kaylin, it's Jesse and I. Please open up," Kaylin Wells pleaded. She knocked again. "Kaylin."

"This Earth doesn't have fingerprint scanners for when you get locked out?" I heard Jesse questioned. Kaylin sighed.

"Nope. They're not as technologically advanced as we are. Or were," she corrected. She pounded her fist on the door. "Kaylin! Would you just fucking let us in?" I sighed and got up, leaving Izzie's room to open the front door. It was a roomy apartment, which meant that it took longer to get to the front door than at Cisco's place. I opened it and saw that Kaylin still had brown hair. I figured that she would've taken it out already.

"Finally," Jesse muttered. Kaylin shoved her way in, Jesse trailing behind, not wanting to be rude.

"Why are you two here? I just want to be alone right now," I said. Kaylin looked at my room.

"Says the hole in the wall. You need to fix that. Let's go out. Have fun. You've been cooped up in this apartment since we got back from my Earth. It's not healthy. Zoom is gone, you have superspeed. Mess around with it. Run. It's fun having speed!" Kaylin exclaimed. I glared at her.

"Speed is the reason my best friend is dead. I'd rather get rid of it."

"Well you can't. It'll kill you," Jesse piped up. I groaned.
