Someone was walking down her alley when she passed out from pain.
"Lyndsi?!"
She jerked awake to see Sherlock crouched in front of her.
"Hey William." She says quietly
"Oh Lyn, I'm so sorry. Come on" he picks her up and carries her down the street. He doesn't get a cab since he wasn't taking her to the flat.
He rushes into the lobby of Bart's hospital. Molly is called up to help since it was near Christmas and most available staff were absent. She runs faster when she hears Sherlocks voice. She sees he's fine but panicked. Molly(as everyone knows) had a crush on the Detective but when she saw Lyndsi she knew she didn't have a chance. She thought it was obvious he liked her when he was talking about her. The way he got distracted from his work(which never happened) and stared off into space when he was thinking of the things she could do.
Molly rushes past Sherlock to help with the small woman.

Lyndsi was screaming. That was the first thing Sherlock heard when he woke up. He looked up at her, he was sitting next to her, she was ripping needles out of her arms and trying to get off the bed. Shed stopped screaming but was still yanking cords out if her limbs. She baked into a wall and slid down it until she was sitting on the floor. She covers her head and rocks slightly.
Sherlock hesitating only because he was sleeping and hasn't quite registered everything. He goes to her and speaks softly
"Lyndsi, listen. You're safe. I'm here and I'm never letting go." He wraps his arms around her tiny self.
"He's coming back. He's coming back." She says quickly
"He's not going to get you."
"I know."
"Then why are you so upset?" He asks, now confused
"Because he's going to get you." She whispers
°°°
Sherlock took Lyndsi to the morgue so she wouldn't have to be prodded by doctors without need.
"I know you" She says to Molly
"Yea. Just so you know, she bullied me into being her follower."
"It's okay. You never gave me a reason to hate you. Molly Hooper yes?"
Molly nods. Sherlock watches from behind a counter as the girls talk to each other quietly. Molly must have said something because Lyndsi keeps looking at him. Every time he sees her she blushes and turns back to Molly. Sherlock doesn't know that Molly told Lyndsi he liked her. He didn't even know himself.
°°°
Lyndsi was exhausted. After being tortured for several hours then running, and finally being prodded with needles from doctors, she was tired. Sherlock ended up carrying her in from the cab. He set her on his bed and stood on his chair in the living room.
John comes in after Sherlock told him he found Lyndsi.
"What are you doing now?"
"Thinking"
"About?" John presses
"Lyndsi. I'm afraid she might regress to when she was being abused by her parents. That would not be good."
"Was it bad then?"
"She was always scared of everything. Flinched at every noise or movement. She never let me see. I only saw when she was sleeping. We shared a room back in School after she moved in with us. She never slept easy. No. Not good at all." Sherlock says still standing on the chair.
"Right. Do I need to get her professional help then?"
"No. You should go to Sara's for the night."
"Not Sara."
"Lyndsi is awake. Leave." Sherlock drops so he's sitting on the chair.
John leaves as he's told, knowing Lyndsi needs some space.
She steps out of the room groggily. She sees Sherlock and smiles instinctively.
"Hello Sherlock. How are you doing?" She asks, suddenly concerned
"I'm great now that I know you're safe. Though I think we need to talk."
"Mhm" she flops into johns chair
"We need to kill you."
