"Marsca." His voice echoed all over the room, there was silence for a second when a Gerudo woman came forward slowly, I could see the fear in her eyes. What was going to happen to the women he called out? What will commence?

"Kada. Rahula." The Arbiter called out, one by one the women came forward, "And Meekal." My heart skipped a beat upon hearing her name, she was standing next to me, her hands started to tremble. She was a young girl, what did the Arbiter want with three elderly women and one girl?

Meekal walked forward, the four Gerudos stood before the Arbiter. There was not a single sound that was heard, you could hear a pin drop. "Ah yes..." The Arbiter murmured, "Zarue." By now my heart was beating out of my chest, they couldn't take Zarue too!

"Spare Zarue!" I called out, running forward to confront the Arbiter. A harsh frown appeared upon his face, "Don't you dare call out and stand before me, Gerudo scum!" The Arbiter hissed, striking me with the back of his hand as I fell to the floor. I was unarmed, if I had my weapon, that would've been the last thing that man had ever said to me.

Zarue came forward, and bent down, taking me by the arms and slowly lifting me up. "Drop her!" The Arbiter commanded, though Zarue did not listen.

The Arbiter grabbed her by the hair, pulling her up to his level, then he turned around with a huff, and waved his hand, signaling them to follow, the guards walked behind them, I watched them as they left. I wondered of their fate. Will I see Zarue, Meekal, and the rest of my people again?

They headed towards the door to the north, four guards stood by the giant door. Once the northern door slammed shut, each of the four guards walked over to a large pillar that held a blue flame. And one by one, each guard snuffed out the flame. The room was completely dark.

Footsteps approached us, as we stood as a group.
Without warning, I was violently pushed to the ground; loud grunts were heard from my people, as they too, were being shoved.

A young woman let out a scream, at once, I felt something grip my wrist, I was being chained! Though I could see nothing at all! The figure started to drag me to another room, along with the others.

After a few brief moments of screaming and struggling heard from the others, I was tossed in a room, along with a few of my people. This room was also dark.

I felt a sudden strange sensation on the top of my arm, and immediately, my eyelids started to grow heavy. My strength was leaving me as I slowly lowered myself to the ground, leaning on one elbow, trying to keep my body upright.

As I started to black out, I heard the cries of the youth in another room as they were violently being butchered, crying aloud for mercy. This terrible sound was the last thing I heard once I finally lost consciousness.

(3rd person view)

The three elderly Gerudo women, Zarue, and the young Gerudo girl; Meekal, were led to another room.

"Now..." The Arbiter began to say, breaking the silence. "One of you will be given a single dagger. You will receive no food or water until there is only one of you left." The guard standing by the Arbiter went forth, and one by one, tossed each of the Gerudo women, except Zarue, into the small room, and slammed the door closed, taking Zarue to another room.

The Gerudos huddled together, comforting eachother. They huddled close, trying to keep warm, as the chamber was absolutely frigid.

Meekal started to sob, she was just a young girl, no older than seventeen. The eldest Gerudo woman held her to her chest, stroking her hand, murmuring comforting words in the Gerudo language.

Days passed by, and the four of them still remained. They slowly grew fatigued and weak from the lack of food and water. The dagger sat upon the ground, no one daring to touch it.

Late in the night, screams were heard, they echoed throughout the dungeon, sounding like the wails of banshees. The guards positioned near the door grew tired of the torture, and begged the Arbiter to stop the experiment.

"No..." The Arbiter simply said, his face grim. He walked over to the small opening in the door. "This is your last chance...None of you will leave this chamber until there is only one standing. Do it, and you may survive!"

The elderly women glanced at each other, then back at the young girl, then back at each other. One of them bent down to pick up the dagger, as the three of them approached Meekal, and huddled over her, each of them wrapping their arms around her, comforting her, kissing her cheek.

Then, an amazing thing happened. One by one, the Elderly women took the dagger, and plunged it into their gut, falling to the floor, dead. They did this until Meekal was the only one that remained.

They knew that she was young, and that she had the best chance of survival.

Meekal sobbed uncontrollably as she hugged the corpses of the Elderly women, the guards trying to pull her away from them. They dragged her away as she tried to fight back, she fought them with all of her might, though she was no match for them. And so they dragged her away from the chamber, and she was never to be seen again.

Where did the guards take Zarue? What happened to her? And, where was Lord Ganondorf? Did he manage to escape?
