Chapter 10 - Blazer Frill

Hibiki's Pov

"Ladies and gentlemen, it's really here! We're about to decide the pairings for the WBC Cup Cho-Tokyo Championship Quarterfinals!" Paruko said as a holographic board appeared above. Then cards has ascended from the board in front of each of the participants. "Now please draw a card, one at a time!" Paruko announced. Each participants picked a card including me. I raise my card number as well as the other participants do. "It's decided! The first match is Ryuuenji Tasuku versus Masuka Raid! The second match will be Kurouzu Gaito versus Kageo Wataru! Third match! Mikado Gao versus Kazakiri Dash! Fourth match! Todoroki Genma versus Kaido Dai! And the fifth match is Hibiki Verniy Dekabrist versus Ryoko Ishimaru !" Everyone cheered. "Tasuku-senpai!" Gao called. "See you in the final round!" Gao said as he put up a fist bump. "Of course!" Tasuku fist-bumped. Then a voice interfered. "Is it a good idea to make that promise so easily?" "Nani?" Gao asked as he turned around to see Kaido Dai. "The one going to the final round will be me, Kaido Dai!" "You should wait to say such things until after you defeat me." "Nandatto?" "In the fourth match... I, the Seifukai leader, will face you. I am Todoroki Genma!" Genma said. "So you're Todoroki Genma! I've heard your name on the salty winds of the sea! I'm already looking forward to our match!" "Whoa! Looks like things are heating up between the fighters. But the first match won't begin until noon tomorrow! The location will be here Aibo Gakuen Fighting Stage! Look forward to it!"

There's something off about Masuka Raid. I'm aware that he might do anything suspicious, perhaps there's something up on his sleeve. I have a feeling that he has plans on winning against Tasuku.

- Time Skip

I was walking home with Leviathan in his miniature size, it was around the complex which there were bunch of other houses which only makes it confusing. Silence filled the air. "Oh no! I'm going to be late!" When I turned around, I saw a girl with a purple and pink uniform, she was also holding a toast in her mouth. "I'm going to be late for school!" Then she bumped into me which made her fall onto the ground. "Ouch! A-Are you okay?" She asked.

"Watch where you're going." I said stoically as I looked down at her. She froze in fear. "Eeeck!" "Oi, Hibiki!" I turned around to see Gao and his friends like Baku, Kuguru and Tasuku. "Why are you here?" Gao asked. "You know her?" Tasuku asked. "Yeah! She's a new student who just transferred to Aibo Gakuen this week." Gao said. "Well, nice to meet you, Hibiki." Tasuku greeted. "I'm Ryu-" "Ryuenji Tasuku." I cut off. "It looks like you've already know my name." I just gave him a blank face. When I looked back at the girl, she averted her gaze.

Leviathan's Pov

"Isn't he the opponent that's going against Tasuku?" "What are you doing, Blazer Frill? Your target is Ryuenji Tasuku." He whispered. "What are you doing?" I said with a low stern voice. "Eeeck!" He slowly turns around. "H-Hey...he..hehehe...Ahhh!" He started running away.

Back to Hibiki's Pov

"Oh! I'm so sorry! I'm such a klutz! Teehee!" She said in a petite voice as she stuck her tongue out. When she stands up she "accidentally" fell onto Tasuku as Tasuku grabbed her by her shoulders as she stares deeply into his eyes. "Are you alright?" Tasuku asked. "I think I twisted my ankle...It would be great if I could get this looked at..." she said with her dark pink eyes sparkling. I sighed.

Leviathan's Pov

"Oh! That's Operation 2: "My Lover, Your Back is so Big!" Terrific! Keep going, and get closer to Tasuku!" He whispered. "What are you doing?" I asked. "It's here!" He screeched as he ran away. I sighed. "I just asked him a simple question..."

Hibiki's Pov

"Leave it to Bal, bal! Go ahead!" Bal said as he position himself to offer his back. "Uh. Not you, you loser!" "Huh?" "Uh, no, no! Um, I'm fine!" She said as she motioned herself to decline that offer. "Don't be shy, bal!" Bal said as he hurriedly carry the girl while he scurried off.
