I just turned up the volume from the car radio and just concentrate on the road. I decided to go to starbucks first before going to Bailey's house. I turned into the starbucks parking lot and got inside. I waited in line and saw Olivia and her boyfriend Steven Meyers. They were in line, too. I pulled out my phone and texted Bailey.

Hey Bailey, I'm at starbucks. Do you want anything?

She then texted back few moments later.

I'll have new york cheesecake.

Olivia and Steve got away with their drinks and Olivia caught my eye. I smiled a little and she smiled back but her boyfriend held her tight. I can see that. They got out of the store and I ordered my drinks and things. I payed for them and got back into the car. I just sat in the car for a while until realizing Olivia had got in to my car. "What do you want?" I asked. "I wanted to talk." she said. "Ollie," I missed calling her Ollie. It's been a long time. "We have nothing to talk about." I said. She sighed and looked down. Darn, I know if she does this, something is wrong. "Ollie, I'm sorry." I said. "It's fine. I just missed us doing the things we used to do when we were younger." she said. "Me too, Olivia. Me too." I said. I sighed and my phone rang. It was Bailey. I just ignored it. Steven came over and knocked the passenger side which Olivia is on and knocked the window. She rolled down the windows and Steve smiled. "Hey, Lauren." he said. "Hey, Steven." I said. Olivia got out of the car and walked away with Steven. I rolled the passenger side window back up and drove to Bailey's house.

I pulled over in front of Bailey's front yard and I knocked the door. Bailey's mother opened the door. "Hey Ms. Anderson." I said. "Hey, Lauren." she said. "Is Bailey upstairs?" I asked. "Yeah. She is." she said and I went to Bailey's room. "What took you so long?" Bailey asked. "I talked with Olivia for a while." I said. "Bradley?" she asked and I nodded. "Turns out that she missed the things me and her used to do." I said. "You just left her there?" she asked. "No, she went away with Steven Meyers." I said. "They're dating, right?" she asked. "Yeah." I said.

- Olivia -

"Steve... stop." I said. "Olivia! She's just a fucking worthless piece of crap!" he said and I can feel the anger rise up. "Steven!" I snapped. "I don't want you to ever call Lauren that!" I yelled and pushed him. "I'm done with you!" I yelled and grabbed my stuff before going out of his room. I dropped the necklace he gave me 2 years ago and I just ran off. Somewhere. I think to the beach. I don't know. It was sunset time. I sat on a bench and started reading a copy of The Outsiders. Stay gold, Pony, Stay gold. Crap, I don't think I could live with that. The line. Johnny's last words. I somehow started crying. Realizing my parents doesn't really care what I do. I want to live life. I want my parents to start caring about me. Now, my life is just full of heartbreaks, being drunk every night, by my own at the age of 18, missing things and getting rejected. I thought I had a perfect life, but no. I don't. All I had was Steve, but now, I have nobody. My friendship shattered with Lauren, I ended up things with Steve, my parents not caring about me, just-ugh-why is my life so hard. "Hey. You alright?" I heard a guy's voice. I wiped my tears with the sleeves and I tried to smile. "I'm alright." I said and I looked up to see a 6'4" shirtless guy that has blue eyes. "I'm Jack. Jack Connor." he said. "Olivia. Olivia Bradley." I said. "Olivia, may I ask what's wrong?" he asked and sat beside me. "I rather not to talk about it." I said. "That's alright." he said. He has this southern accent which I guess feels calming. The funny thing is that he looked a lot like Lauren's older brother, Tristan. Holy shit. Tristan's born name is Tristan Connor. He could be Tristan's older brother. Tristan is the step brother of Lauren. "You look a lot like someone I know." I said. "Really?" he asked. "Yeah." I said. "He's a brother of one of my friends. Well, we used to be friends." I said. "Hey, Jack. Let's go." One of his friends said and he got up. "Hope we meet again." he said and I smiled.

Now it's Tuesday afternoon, just sitting with some of my "friends". I haven't talked to Steven since Saturday. "Hey, Olivia." I heard Steve's voice. "Steve. I don't want to talk to you." I said. "Come on Olivia." he said. "Steven Michael Meyers. if I say we're done, we're done." I said. "Olivia. I'm sorry, alright." he said. I don't think I want him to come back to my life. "You just left me in the sunsets and heartbreak." I said he sighed and pulled me to the back of school. "Steve-" I tried to say something but he covered my mouth. "Shut the fuck up, Olivia Selena Bradley." he said. His eyes are turning into grey-ish color which is showing me that he's really mad. Oh shit, I shouldn't have done this. "I'm in charge here, remember? Your parents said that I have the right to talk to you into anything. Even this way." he said. His other hand is on my torso and he's digging his nails into the skin. I squealed in pain and I felt tears forming in my eyes. "These scars right here," he said. I have scars along my wrists from a lot of cutting. "They're just scars of being worthless." he said. A tear escaped my eyes and into his hand. The bell rang and I have class without him. Thank god. He released me and I breathe in.

- Lauren -

I sat down where I usually sit for this class and I saw Olivia going inside the class with tears running down her face and her hand on her torso. I think something happened, but I don't know what. I saw Steven took her to the back of the school, though. Why didn't I help her? Something definitely happened between her and Steve. "Hello class." Mr. Henson said. We have chemistry class, so this is going to be great.

I was just putting some notes into my book and in the corner of my eyes, I saw Olivia struggling to concentrate.

A/N Hello. Here's second chapter. I want to say thank you to my friend, @zebracover. He is the greatest friend ever. You should check out his book 'Boys Cut Too' (I never read it before but it sounds depressing.) and he says that this book has bad grammar (which is purposely put down) but it has good plot. Just check his acc. Great! Good night (well, for me) or have a good day!
