Chapter 10

Michael POV:
Laura begs me
"Laura. No. I'm going to work on a plan for saving Jessy tomorrow."
I was lying. The plan was happening tonight
"Ugh fine."
Laura POV
I hate being in heat!
Michael keeps shooting me down and I won't eat anything.
Michael makes me becuase he thinks we might be having another pup.
He really seems to want one.
"Laura I'm going out in 1 hour so it'll just be you and Katy." He says.
Boys night most likely.
"Alright." I say and go into our bathroom.
I look in Jessy's room and realize she always wanted to have a light blue room so I begin painting.
I break for awhile feeling exhausted, I lay down and nap for a 10 minutes.
I wake up and go to the bedroom and realize that Michael had left with his friends.
Now was the perfect time to get Jessy.
I get my bag and transform into my wolf.
I run as fast as I can to the Warehouse when I see Michael and his group.
They seem to be attacking like crazy.
Michael sees me and suffers a punch in the face before transforming
'Pretend you aren't Luna!'
He mind links me and I nod and charge in
I see a cage with my baby girl locked inside.
I get in without anyone noticing me.
I can get to places much faster in my wolf form so it helps in battle
I look at her.
She has no wounds until I see her hand
"What did they do!" I whimper
"Mommy!" She cries and tries to hug me through the bars
"Oh look. It's Laura." Two people glare at me.
Gabriel and Julia.
"How could you!"
I snarl
"Well Julia wanted to be Michael's mate and I want you! We lock YOU up here with her and everything goes right." He snarls
I bite at their legs drawing blood
But I'm strangely weak and I lose.
"Ooo looks like the mutt is in HEAT!"
I get put in the chase and Jessy hugs me
"Shh sweetie it'll be fine." I whimper
I can tell now the mark on her hand is silver.
It will stop her from using any werewolf power for a few weeks and leave a permanent scar.
"Your dead!" I hear Michael roar before passing out and making sure Jessy won't watch
Michael POV:
I know Laura is in trouble so I run to the warehouse and roar that they are dead.
      But first I hear Julia cackle.
"Ooo looks like the mutt is in HEAT!" She screeches and I look at Laura lying on the floor extremely weak and mind linking me to save her. I kill both of them. Slashing their throats and roaring
They are stone cold now and I go over the cage opening it and carrying Laura and Jessy we all head home.
I try not to look back at the dead bodies as we leave.
I get to the pack doctor and he explains a mark on my beautiful daughter's hand
"Daddy, I don't hate you." She whispers in my ear and I smile.
"Go to the house and Dan will watch you" I say and she runs home.
I then get tense.
Laura is awake now and ever since we got to the doctor she's been mind blocking me.
She seems tense.
Like she's hiding something.
Laura POV:
I should've told Michael I'm sick
Now the doctor will diagnose it and he will be treating me like a patient!
"Everything seems in order." The doctor says,r and I smile
I'm not sick.
I guess Julia was right... I am in heat.
I hug Michael and he carries me home.
We all sit and watch a movie together and Jessy hugs me tight.
I look at the large scar across her arm.
I wonder what her mate will think when she finds him...
