Laura POV:
I wake up with Michael holding my hand by my side
"How long have I been sleeping?" I ask
"3 hours." He smiles and so do I.
Dan walks in.
Luckily Michael had put my clothes on.
"Sir we chased her down. She said a man has her in a warehouse." Dan braces himself for rage from his Alpha but none comes.
"We'll lead a search party in two days." He says
"I need to know that Laura is ok." Mike explains
"Laura." Dan talks to me this time for the first time
"Yeah?" I say sleepily
"Could you talk to my mate Katy?" He asks
"Sure. About what?" I ask
"Umm well she's... Pregnant." He says and Michael seems happy
"Pups make the clan stronger. They're also your life..." Michael sighs obviously missing Jessy
"I'll talk to her." I say and kiss Michael's cheek and go to Katy's room
"Katy?" I ask and she nods in her bed
"I heard your a bit freaked out by having a baby huh?" I say
"Yeah." She says and we talk for awhile.
Then my nightmare happens.
"MAKE WAY FOR THE RIGHTFUL LUNA! JULIA!" I hear her horrible voice and Michael runs to me.
"Laura. I'll deal with her." He says
"Stay here with Katy."
"Ok" I say
Michael POV
"Julia. Maybe you should know that Laura is marked." I try and approach this a different way
"So the mutt is Luna?!" She snarls
"She's not a mutt! Look I'm over the stupid stage I was in when I... When I was with you!" I yell and she snorts
"Mikey! I am the Luna!" She groans
"Send her to the dungeon." I order and they take her away.
I see Laura walking down stairs and she seems different.
"Laura? What's wrong?" I ask
"Nothing!" She smiles and I sigh
"I miss her too." I say
"I-I-" she tries to say something but I kiss her mid sentence.
"Mike I want her back." She cries and I realize I have to get her tomorrow.
I mind link Jake and he gets everything ready.
I can't tell Laura.
Laura POV
I decide to help Michael with some work when my work calls
"Shit!" I yell and put the phone on speaker and Michael still works.
"Hey sexy!" The guy on the phone says and Michael breaks his pencil and stares at me.
"It's me Gabe. Who was that guy at the shoot? He was wacked out! Anyway sorry I yelled. I remember we used to have some good make up s-" I hang up the phone and Michael is outraged. The throws the phone across the room.
"Who was that?!" He yells at me
"Gabriel. The guy from the shoot." I whimper
"Does Jessy know him?" He demands of me
"Yes. He helped me in my pregnancy!" I shake a bit
"Did she call him dad?!" His face is red
"No! I never let her!" I almost cry
"Did you sleep with him!?" He screams
I can't answer
"He kissed me once and asked me out. I said no and I think he has Jessy! He always made my life horrible because I said no!" I burst out crying and he snaps out of it
"Babe I'm sorry..." He sighs and hugs me
"I have never-" she begins but I kiss her.
Tomorrow for a week won't be fun for me.
I'm gonna be in heat...
