Bonus Chapter

Laura POV:
I fall down the stairs and graze my knee.
"Ouch!" I yell and clutch the kids so tight they cry.
"Oh sorry little guys!" I kiss their heads and wipe off their wet faces.
I go down to the dungeon, cover the kids eyes, and follow Michael's scent.
"GABBABU!" Kole squeals and nibbles my finger.
I see Michael yelling at George.
Guards take him into a dark room.
I go over to Michael and he scowls at me.
"Why are you down here?" He grumbles
"I-" He looks at me and kisses my cheek.
"You look sick." He sighs and walks me upstairs.
Jessy walks down stairs.
"Momma!" She grins and hugs me
I pass Kole and Serenity to Mike and hug Jessy back.
She turns the TV on and I sigh.
"Are you gonna kill him?" I ask and he nods.
I grab Kole and Serenity and whack myself to stay awake.
"Laura!" Mike frowns at me and rubs where I hit myself.
I whimper.
"Go watch TV with Jess and I'll get her breakfast ready." He says and I sit with Jessy.
"Momma is George hurting you?" She asks and I hug her.
"Sweetie don't worry about me." I say and she grins.
I look at Kole sleeping and Serenity rubbing herself against my shirt.
"Here Jess." Mike says and passes her breakfast to her.
I go to our bedroom and look out the window still holding the kids.
"Laura?" Michael asks and I look at him.
"Yes?" I say
"Um well George is dead..." He smiles a bit and Kole wakes.
"Mamaaaaaaa!" He whimpers and I kiss his head.
I then sigh and walk to the bed and sit down.
"Laura is something wrong?" He asks me and I nod.
"I'm worried. These two look really unwell." I say and put them on a cushion.
Mike hugs me and Kole squeaks.
"Hehe. Jealous little guy." Michael laughs and taps Kole's nose.
Michael POV:
I leave Laura upstairs with the kids.
A familiar scent fills my nose.
I step outside and see Julia, still scarred with claw marks and blood.
I stare at her with my mouth wide open.
"You are mine!" She squeals and hugs me.
"Get off!" I yell.
Pup! Save pup! Pup can not know!
I accidentally leave my mindlink unblocked and Laura rushes down stairs.
I hear her footsteps.
She gets Jessy to safety in the bedroom and I can feel her anger and fear.
I can't do anything so I run inside and go into lockdown.
I run up to the bedroom and Laura hugs me.
I push her off and she lands on the floor confused.
I growl at her and go into our safe and see a silver arrow.
I grab it and rush down stairs.
I look at her with sad eyes.
"Find your real mate Jules. I have." I sigh and she looks at me differently
"How can I? I've only ever been told to be your mate and bond the packs." She sighs
"Try." I say and she smiles a bit.
"You sure?" She whimpers.
"Yeah." I say.
I have to protect my kids.
I seem weak.
So weak I could faint.
I see the arrow has left a mark on my hand.
I throw it in a secret compartment and get to the room and collapse.
Laura POV:
I shake with fear while holding my kids.
I see Mike walk in and collapse.
I rush to him, dropping the kids.
I shake him awake and he holds me.
"Laura. Where am I?" He asks and I tell him.
"I-I, who are you again?" He asks and I gasp.
He doesn't remember me!
I whimper and rub my face on his arm.
"Who are you?" He growls.
No. No no no! He's reverted back to the alpha he used to be.
"I'm your mate." I start crying.
He faints and wakes up.
"Laura?" He whimpers.
Everything is completely black.
"I can't see you." He says,
"Laura, babe, come here!" He cries.
I try to get to him.
I collapsed on his chest and my breathing almost stops.
He tries to keep me awake but fails.
Michael POV:
After a few hours the light turn back on and I call her best friend to take care of all the kids for a while to keep them safe.
Just in case.
I try to wake Laura up.
She surfaces after a few minutes.
"Mike?" She whimpers and I lift her into my lap.
She shakes scared.
"Don't worry." I try to say calmly.
"Ugh my stomach!" She yelps and I place a hand on it.
"That's why you look sick alright." I kiss her cheek.
"Wha?" I ask
"Member when you were pregnant with Kole and Serenity?" I say

Flashback
Michael POV:
I hear Grace call for me so I rush down stairs to yell at this guy.
Then Laura topples down the stairs.
"Laura!" I say and she blushes and runs to the living room.
I finish with this wacko and go to her.
"Laura are you ok?" I ask and she nods.
"I'm pregnant not sick!" She whines.
I frown.
"I don't want anything to happen to you or our pups!" I say and she sighs and nods in understanding.
I kiss her head.
Jessy runs down stairs.
She's 6 now.
I see Laura suddenly grasping her stomach and wincing in pain.
I place a hand on her stomach.
She begins to calm again and pants.
"Mike..." She whimpers.
I carry her upstairs and she groans.
"They keep kicking when you aren't in the room." She cries.
She starts crying and I kiss her.
She stops.
I go down stairs and I hear Laura squeal.
I bite my lip and cringe.
"Please don't let it happen again..." I mutter.
I run outside and peer around the corner.
I see a girl sitting with a guy.
I cock my head.
She seems red with fury and she slaps him.
He tries to calm her but she won't.
I know they are in my pack.
I walk over.
"What's happening here?" I ask and she bursts out crying.
"Catherine!" He whimpers.
He rushes to her and they start kissing.
I keep walking confused when I hear Laura scream louder than ever.
I run fast as a cheetah up to her.
She is on the floor screaming.
I pick her up and get the doctor.
Back to present time
"Um, what were you so scared off?" She asks
"Losing you."
