Raph's POV~~~~~ 2 Weeks Later ~~~~~
I woke up to see Mikey sleeping on a chair next to my bed. I shifted awkwardly, trying not to wake him up. As I was moving, my wrist hit the wall causing me to gasp in pain.
"Raphie?" I heard Mikey's quiet voice.
"I'm ok Mikey, I promise." I lied.
"Do you need anything?"
"No." A quite silence crossed the room.
"Why?" It was a whisper, as if he was scared of what the answer would be.
"I'd rather not talk about it, Mikey." I said.
"Talking about it is the only way that I can help you." He whispered sadly.
"You wouldn't understand."
"I can't understand if you never tell me." He reasoned.
He had a good point. I wouldn't tell him all of it, but I could tell him some. I thought about this for a while, thinking of what to tell my youngest brother.
"Come with me." I said, swinging my legs over the side of the bed.
"Wait." He said quietly.
I looked at him questioningly. "What?"
"Donnie said that you're supposed to rest. You're not supposed to get out of bed." He explained.
"I'm surprised you even care. It's not like you did earlier." I said, glaring at the floor.
"I've always cared, Raph. I was just mad." He said softly, trying not to get into an argument.
"Whatever," I said, getting a little irritated. "Let's go."
"Where are we going?" He asked.
"You'll see." I replied.
"But-"
"Mikey," I cut him off. "Stop asking so many questions. You're giving me a headache."
"S-sorry." He squeaked out as we left the lair.
We walked through the sewers, listening to the hum of cars above us. We continued until we arrived at the park, climbing up the rooftop.
"Wait here." I said when we made it to the top.
"Ok." Mikey said a little confused.
As I started walking towards the ladder I heard his voice behind me.
"You're not leaving, are you?" He questioned.
"No, Mikey, I'm not leaving. I'll be right back." I said, climbing down the ladder before he could ask anything else.
I climbed through the window on the forth floor, looking around in the dark.
"Ash." I whispered.
No answer.
"Ash." I called out a little bit louder.
I heard a noise outside of the room and saw Ash sitting on the couch. I walked over to her, sitting down.
"Hey Raph." She said, smiling at me.
"Hey, I was wondering if you could help me with something." I asked.
"Definitely, what is it?"
"I was wondering if you could talk to my brother."
"Which one?"
"Mikey."
"Where is he?" She asked.
"He's on the roof." I replied.
Without warning, Ash got off the couch and started walking towards the window. She already seemed to know what I wanted her to tell him.
"Are you coming?" She asked, noticing that I was still on the couch.
"No," I replied. "I'd rather not see his reaction."
"It's fine, Raph. He's your brother. He'll forgive you." She said, pleading for me to go with.
"I don't think he will." I said, looking back at my feet.
