Chapter 4

Shane's P.O.V

I sped back to Joey's, not ashamed at how excited I had become. I was excited Lisa wanted a break , and I knew I shouldn't be . My girlfriend just told me she's basically about to break up with me .

But my mind was filled with Joey . Would he be disgusted if I asked him if I could stay ?

He's too nice to say it directly but...

I just needed to be close to him right now.

Joey's P.O.V

It is now 6 P.M . Its official. Shane's not coming.

"Ughh. " I groaned smashing my face into my couch pillow as I listened to the TV in the background .

I want Shane to like me. To at least hug me and tell me I'm special to him. But he's probably at home making up with Lisa then their going to make ou-

Someone knocked on my door . My heart lifted a little when I thought Shane had come back , as I ran to check.

I swung it open and there stood Shane , looking up at my with his beautiful eyes .

"He- Hey" I blushed as my voice cracked a little .

Shane chuckled . "Hey Joey... um , I kinda have a huge favour. " He looked down.

"Sure , anything. " I really meant it . Even if he told me to give him a blow job right now , I'd be on it .

Grr stop these dirty thoughts Joey !

"Lisa..." He sighed . "Lisa sorta kicked me out and I was wondering if I could stay here for a while ." He pouted his lip at  me .

He wanted to live with me ! He chose ME . I felt like I could die of happiness.

"Of course you can ! " I said pulling him inside .

"Someone's excited . " Shane winked at me .

I blushed again as I went to the spare bedroom and got some sheets.

"I hope it won't be awkward Joey, because of before ." Shane said as he walked in after me.

I tried to concentrate on making the bed.

"No , not at all. " But I wanted Shane to remember it . I wanted him to feel something from the kiss . I knew I did .

And I wanted more .

"Okay ! Your beds all set . I was about to make some chickadeanyas if you want any ? " I said starting to walk out the room.

"Nah I'm good . And I'm surprised your not a vegietarian with all that healthy junk ." He said hitting my abs lightly .

"Nope . I could never leave my precious chicken ! " I laughed as I went to heat some up .

"After we can watch Hunger Games! " Shane shouted from his room .

"What else would we watch! " I shouted back, smiling .

This was perfect. Was fate sympathizing with me after making me suffer from watching Shane and Lisa for all this time ? I could not let this time go to waste.

We're going to watch a movie together, alone is the dark , and maybe...

"Ahhh ! " I breathed out a happy squeal .

Except I forgot about one tiny detail .

"Hey Joey ,I'm home . " He said as he entered the door.

I groaned on the inside and gritted my teeth while muttering a ," Hey Sawyer. "
