A week later, me and Jonas were at Starbucks when Ariel walked in. She looked sad and gloomy. She sat in between me and Jonas and we put an arm around her.
'I know you're sad, Ariel,' I said. 'Don't worry though. You're like the Little Mermaid. You'll have a happily ever after and get to live with the man of your dreams.'
She giggled and looked at us, then we had a group hug. We all smiled at each other and had our drinks and then Jonas offered us to drive us to the park and we said of course. So when we got to the park Ariel said:
'Who wants to do Truth or Dare?'
Me and Jonas nodded.
'Gem, truth or dare?' Jonas asked.
'Dare,' I said.
He dared me to slap a random stranger. It sounded very rude to do but he gave me the puppy dog eyes and I gave in so I did it. The man was really surprised but he didn't see me before or after I did it because I ran away. I felt really guilty. I dared Ariel to pick up a spider and she did it then she dared Jonas to jump into the duck pond. But he said he couldn't. So she dared him to follow us to the mall and scour every inch of Victoria's Secret. So he did. But he closed his eyes when some random girl decided to model to him in her 'lingerie'. He said it was gross and she tried getting his number but he said no, he didn't want to give it to her. I giggled. The average girlfriend would be jealous but I wasn't. It was actually funny.
'Ughhh, Gemma, stop being annoying,' Jonas joked, giggling.
'You know you love me,' I waggled my eyebrows.
'Naw,' he laughed. I stopped.
'You-should-have-seen-your-face-' he wheezed in between laughs. I giggled. 'Of course I love you.' He wrapped his arm around me and I pretended to shrug him off and look hurt and he chuckled.
Ariel cleared her throat.
'Wanna sleep over at mine?' she asked. We nodded and went home to pack our bags.
In the middle of the night me and Ariel were awake and we played some pranks on Jonas. We put some shaving cream on his hand then took one of Ariel's precious feathers and tickled his face. He rubbed his face of course. Then i took a marker and wrote 'I luv Gemma' on his forehead. We high fived, proud of ourselves. Oh, Joe was in for a surprise.
