Jonas, Blake and I went out for some ice cream. We sat at a table for four although we were only three. We were eating our ice creams in silence, but when my favourite song came on, Jonas put his arm around my shoulders and whispered the words in my ear. When it was over, he gave me a huge kiss on the cheek and told me that he loved me. I blushed.
Blake was staring at us all the time with his eyebrows raised. He wasn't acting like Jonas' twin anymore.
I went to the restroom and when I came back a girl had taken my seat and another girl took the last available seat. They talked and flirted with Blake and Jonas and they didn't mind. They talked back and shook hands. My ice cream was in the middle of the table and the girl sitting next to Jonas took it. He didn't care. Then they held hands. And she kissed his cheek. I stomped to the counter and ordered another ice cream. Then I stalked out of the building and to the hotel.
I took the card and swiped it into the card-thingy on the door and it opened.
I sat on the bed and ate my ice cream. Then there was a knock on the door. I opened it to see Blake and Jonas and Harvey.
'Harvey!!!' I screamed, tackling him in a hug. He hugged me back and twirled me around. I never knew he was in Cali too.
'Can I talk to you for a second?' I said, getting a superb idea.
He shrugged and I let him into the room, slamming the door in Jonas and Blake's faces.
Then I explained everything, including my plan. He was to pretend that he liked me and I was to act like I liked him back. Just to get Jonas jealous. Then I opened the door for Blake and Jonas. Our parents and siblings were out so we had the room to ourselves.
Harvey and I watched Netflix.
'Can I watch?' Jonas asked. I shot him a death glare.
'No, thanks,' I said curtly but politely.
He looked confused. I put my arm around Harvey and he smiled.
'Let's go swimming?' he asked. I nodded. I actually loved swimming.
I went to the closet and put on a light blue bikini with a floral dress on top of it and white sandals while Harvey went to change. When I stepped out, Jonas and Blake were giving me weird looks but I ignored and walked right past them like they were invisible and sat on the bed.
Harvey knocked not long after. I opened the door and kissed his cheek and asked if he was ready and then we left with the card. On the way to the pool Jonas texted me:
Hey babe, what's wrong?- Jonas xxx
I should be asking you that question. What's wrong with you? I texted back.
My phone dinged and Harvey peered into it:
Idk y ur acting so weird now. -Jonas x
I replied:
You're the one acting weird, letting some chick take my seat and holding her hands and letting her kiss ur cheek and giving her my ice cream.
I think I tapped too furiously because Harvey grabbed my phone.
'Stop,' he said. He grabbed my hand and squeezed it tight. 'He's a jerk. You don't deserve him.'
My phone dinged again. I looked at it.
So that's what it's all about. I thought it was you. -Jonas x
So she looks like me? Seriously? You don't know who I am and who I'm not? Good job, Harvey typed in for me. I looked at him gratefully as he stuffed my phone into his pocket and we walked to the pool entrance. He paid for the both of us and we walked in.
My phone dinged again but this time I ignored it. I had enough troubles in my life to deal with this one .
