After a while I go to my room and listen to music while drawing. That is my absolute favourite thing to do. Most of the time my drawing depends on the music. For example, when listening to Sublime I normally draw something relaxed or fun or when I listen to Queen I would draw something super happy and energized. I was listening to Florence+ the Machine and I started drawing an almost abstract sunset. As I was drawing I completely forgot about life and the world. It all seems to melt away when I draw. Like my room is the one place where everything is let go and I am me. I drew for about an hour or so until there was a knock on my door. I open the door to find Riley. "Hey, what's up?" I ask. "It's Josh." She said. "Hurry up. You have to see him." I felt confused and rushed so I got shoes on and darted out the door. We got on the subway and got to the nearest cab. The ride was silent. We pulled up and jumped out of the car and went inside. Before I hadn't noticed how nice this hospital was because of the adrenaline but it really is extremely nice.
