I sat at the library, because my foster family was at dentist appointments and it was boring. I was reading a mystery novel and preferred not to care about anything.

Another teenager came in and I looked up. He was African- American and looked crazy, using his two middle fingers.

"I'm a friggin black chick just sitting here in the club with my chick in my hands and dem silly fat white girls in the club," He cheered. "I like dem white girls because they so hot," He went up to the librarian's face and yelled. "I like you!" And started a fight between the only two librarians and him.

I went up to the next floor and read. I saw most of the community come in and particpated. The fight turned ugly. The second floor librarian, Michelle, who was young and had blonde hair and dark eyes, ran down the stairs of the library and tried to break it up. She was my librarian in elementary school.

"Emalie, call help, please," She said as she ran down stairs. I pulled out the iPhone and used the emergency call system.

"Kilsy Community 911, what's your emergency?" The dispatcher said.

"There's a large brawl going on in the library and I don't even know what the frick is going on,"

"Ok, where is this library?"

"The Kilsy Community Library, 400 Service Drive, in Kilsy,"

"Ok, where's the fight located in the library?"

"1st floor, in the circulation desk,"

"Where are you?"

"2nd floor of the building,"

"How many people look involved?" I stood up and counted nineteen people.

"Should be about nineteen,"

"Have you been involved in the fight?"

"No, ma'am,"

"Do you know who started the fight? Like describe the perpetrator,"

"He was tall, black male. Wearing a tank top saying 'Who needs it?', black nike shorts, and flipped people off,"

"Is the fight still going on?"

"Yes, but is slowly coming to it's end,"

"We will send help as soon as possible. Please stay at the scene so
that you can explain what happened,"

"Ok, thank you," I hung up. I then called Mrs. Green.

"Yes," She said. "Emalie, why are you calling? Maddie's at the dentist,"

"I'm scared,"

"Then hop into your car and go home!"

"I can't. I had to call 911 and I have to stay because of a fight that's still going on. I'm a witness," As the cops and firefighters arrived trying to break it up.

"Emalie, calm down. You're going to have to write a police report, but just stay calm and follow whatever the police tell you to do,"
