The Day With Aaron

Ava's PoV

It had been two days since Jim kissed me and I told Ross and let's just say Ross didn't take it very well, he told me not to go home so I've been staying at the pub. I should have kept it to myself but it really hurt I should have pushed him away before he had the chance to do anything but I wasn't fast enough. I haven't seen the twins since Ross told me to leave and I'm scared it will break me and Ross. I don't want to lose him.

I was sat on a stool at the empty bar in the woolpack with my head in my hands. I haven't slept in the last two days and as for eating I haven't done that either. I know it's bad for the baby but nothing's right without Ross. It's just all a mess.

I hear someone opening up the pub but I stay where I was "Ava? Aaron's looking for you" I hear someone say and I turn to see charity standing behind me. I thought she has Moses today but I must have misheard "haven't you got Moses today?" I ask her

"He's with Ross and the girls" charity tells me before I get down from the chair and go out back to see Aaron "I was wondering if me and you could spend the day together" Aaron says as I walk through the door "yeah i would like that we haven't spent time together in ages"

Aaron smiles as I grab my phone and
Keys and put them in my pocket. "Where shall we go?" I ask my brother and he shrugs "how about we go bowling and then get a pizza" Aaron asks me making me smile "can I have a slush puppy" I ask with a small laugh.

"You and your slushys" Aaron laughs at me and I smile "what is it my fault I'm a child at heart" I smile and Aaron puts an arm around me kissing my forehead like he used to do

I went upstairs to the bathroom and look at myself in the mirror my outfit consist off a cream long sleeved with a pair of blue denim jeans as well as my black and blue socks. I looked at my bump and it was just as big as it was when I had the twins.

I was all sorted I went downstairs again and poked Aaron's sides "ready sis" Aaron asks me "yeah" I smile to my older brother as we walk out back to the car, Aaron was driving so I got in the passenger seat and he gets in the drivers seat.

"So ave you going to tell me what happened between you and Ross!" Aaron asks me and I look into my lap, do I tell Aaron and let him go off and complain or do I just keep keep it to myself. "I had two new employees in the salon" I start.

"Jim and James" I continue as Aaron drives down the road "James is fine but Jim I thought he was okay, his references were great and he had experience but it's my fault, I should have pushed him off quicker but u didn't, he kissed me" I mumble

"I told him I had a husband but he just wouldn't listen he kissed me and Ross thinks I wanted him to" I sigh and Aaron looks over at me slightly "I'll have a talk with him if you like" Aaron suggests and I shake my head

"I'll talk to him later, well I'll try to" I explain to My older brother as we pull up to the bowling ally. We both get out the car and Aaron locks the door and we head inside. I felt young again and glad I could spend time with my brother again.

I kept getting strange looks from strangers but I didn't care. I was really nurves to face Ross tonight but now was Aaron and Ava time and nothing and I mean nothing will come between this. Aaron got us a lane and the bowling shoes

I was sat the chairs while Aaron took his go. I pick up my slush and admired the colours. Their was red, green, blue, yellow, orange and purple and it tasted amazing. I don't care how old I am I will always LOVE slush puppies and that's the truth.

Aaron got a spare and I picked up my ball. I did my usual and ended up getting a strike. I've never been good at bowling but I still love bowling. I remember when mum used to take me bowling. Mum used to help me and I occasionally got a strike but that would all be thanks to mum.

The game continued untill the end and Aaron won but it was so close if I got 3 more pins down then I would have drawn with him but it wasn't the winning what mattered it's the taking part which matters.

Both me and Aaron handed the shoes back and got out own ones back and we headed to the car "where shall we go for pizza" Aaron asks me linking his arm through mine as we walk to the car "Pizza Hut" I smile suggesting my favourite pizza place "I should have guessed" Aaron laughs

Me and Aaron laugh and joke about as we get into the car and head to Pizza Hut. Aaron parks the car outside Pizza Hut and we get out the car again and Aaron locks be door as we walk inside. "Your usual" Aaron asks me and I nod

"What can I get you" the bloke on the till asks me and my brother "can we get a ham and cheese pizza and a meat feast pizza please." Aaron starts and then looks at me "and a garlic bread pizza, and two chicken packets" Aaron sad to the bloke.

The bloke gets us the pizzas and Aaron Paid as I take the pizza to the tables. Me and Aaron eat and talk before we go home and I go and talk to Ross.

Ross didn't want among to do with me. But I was taking the twins out tomorrow, me, Sapphire, Georgia, Aaron, mum and Liv. We were going to the beach and it surely was going to be fun.

I went back to the pub and walked to the bathroom. I still wasn't over Ross not wanting to talk to me and it was all thanks to Jim but I couldn't fire him I needed all the hands I could at the salon expeshslly with the pregnancy and all.

The rest off the night I spent on the sofa with my head in a book. I didn't want to do anything else or anything at all.

A/N

Well another update 💖 do you think Ava and Ross will sort things out? I surely hope they do.

I was writing this chapter while watching the soap awards which I recorded. So a massive well done to Evreyone who got and award..

Well done Danny for getting two awards, I honestly don't think Aaron would be the same without you playin him (i know he won't see this by its what I would post on Twitter if I wasn't too scared 😂)
