"It's chilly outside."
"How can you tell?"
Josh is curious, neither of them had felt the fresh air against their skin in days. Or maybe weeks, Josh barely knows Josh.
"The trees are dancing. It's windy and they're dancing to mother nature's music."
Josh tilts his head and stares at Tyler who doesn't take his eyes off the window.
"What do you mean?"
"You know when it's really windy outside, and the wind makes this swoosh kind of sound? You know the one?"
"Yeah! I actually know exactly what you're talking about!"
Josh lets out a small laugh and Tyler smiles as he continues to watch the trees out the window.
"The leaves are gorgeous, falling from the branches and letting the wind transport them wherever it desires. There're so many colors: weird mixes of red, orange-yellow, a few brown ones and I can even see a few green ones as well. The way they're covering the ground, it's almost a pattern, almost like it's a puzzle where all the pieces fit perfectly."
Josh wishes he could see every word Tyler describes, yet this moment is so precious, he wouldn't dare take it away. He wouldn't change a thing.
"There are so many trees. I remember, I use to stand silently within them, pretending to be a tree. I know, I was a weird kid."
"That's okay, normal's overrated."
