Josh has given up on trying to see beyond the window sill. It looks really nice and what's beyond seems like heaven with Tyler's words, but he prefers to lay back, eyes closed and ears wide open. That way, he's not in pain from cranking his neck to an awkward angle.
"There's a park, right across the street from this hospital."
Josh listens, he anticipates and clouds turn to gray.
"I can a little squirrel, it's eating a nut."
The rain starts to drizzle.
"Thunderstroms, clouds, and a slight drizzle; the squirrel dropped it's little nut and ran, trying to barricade itself from the water. It's failing and it's little brown duvet it wet, the color is darkening. IT's adorable, yet frightening to see the look of horror on its small face."
"I feel bad for the squirrel, I wish we could go get it and shelter it till the rain stops."
Tyler chuckles, Josh is adorable.
Tyler lays back down and enjoys the sound of the rain on the rooftop. It's relaxing to him, he's not thinking about death in this very moment.
"Tyler?"
"Yes, Josh?"
"What would you name the squirrel?"
Tyler laughs out loud this time, yet he has the perfect name.
"Nibbles."
"I love it! When we both get out of here, we should adopt a squirrel and name it nibbles.
Dream big, Josh, dream big.
