I woke up in my bed, but something was wrong. I turned and saw Zero sleeping soundly.
/--flashback---
After seeing the sights at the tree, we headed back to my dorm. I flopped down on my bed and sighed. "Im sooooooo tired!" I moaned. My phone beeped. I walked over to it and unlocked it. "Aaahhh, what does my sister want?" I asked. I opened the text app and read the text. I turned off the phone. I sighed and turned over onto my back.
"Zero, can you stay tonight? I don't want to be alone. I've had enough of being alone," I said. He agreed. When I fell asleep, I was just conscious enough to feel the bed moving and the rustling of sheets. He pulled me closer to him and whispered," Good night."
-/flashback end---
I tried to get up from the bed, but I couldn't. He had me trapped in his arms. "Don't go," he mumbled. "I need to get ready for school!" I whined. "Its Saturday," he said. 'Dangit,' I thought.
He quickly pulled me back down into his arms. I grumbled, but stopped. My vision faded and I slipped back into my dreams.
[Cassandra's POV]
Class had already started and Belle and Zero weren't here! I could sense their auras and they seemed really close together. What's going on? *suspiciousness activate*
After school, I was keeping the girls away from the gate, when I smelled Ikuto's sent. I turned around and saw him there smirking. "What do you want?" I asked. "Noooothing," he said. *suspiciousness activate again*
Later, during guardian duty, I sensed Ikuto again. I turned around and saw....nothing. I ignored it and turned back around, just to see Ikuto's face merely 2 or 3 inches away from mine. I squeaked, and jumped back. "What the crap?!" I yelled. He just smirked. I scowled and jumped down from the tree.
I tried to walk away from him -actually trying not to glomp him- but he kept following me. My inner fangirl was trying to take over of my body. Why now? I have met plenty of anime characters before now, and my inner fangirliness hasn't tried to take over, so why now? Why HIM of all people?
I closed my eyes, and was about to say something, but when I opened my eyes, he was in front of me. I eeked and jumped back in surprise. "What are you doing?!" I asked. He didn't reply. Just flashed me his trademark smirk.... AGAIN!! "What do you want?" I asked. He muttered something under his breath, but my dog demon side picked it up. My breath hitched. Wait...............realization in 3, 2, 1- WHAT THE CRAPP?! He....
is leaving in two days?!
