Belle's pov
After 'Saturday' *cough cough* I ended up going back to school. This time, however, I actually wore the uniform. This surprised everyone. I actually wanted to wear it. It was soooo cute!! Ever since I started to watch vampire knight, I've always wanted to wear the uniform. During class, I was improving my drawing skills (true story). All of the classes were boring, and I already knew everything. The good thing about homeschooling is that you sometimes get to be one or two steps in front of the other students. Since I had a photographic memory (when my mind was working with me), I read through highschool textbooks and memorized it all.
Everything was normal. I went to class, guarded the nightclass, and had Guardian duties. Also, I met up with Zero at the horse stables everyday before school too. There were some rumors going around about us being together. I just chuckled at the rumors. Even though some of them were true. We were dating. Like I said, everything was normal.... until now.
I was walking around the campus with Zero, when I suddenly got really thirsty. It was different than my normal thirstiness. I headed to the kitchen and got a cup of water. I drank it, but it didn't work.
Realization hit me. My vampire side was trying to come out. I hadn't drank blood in over 12 years. When I was little, I was able to drink blood, but when I became older, I wasn't aloud to drink blood anymore. Also, when I came to Japan, I didn't take chances, and I just didn't want to.
I don't like killing people or hurting them. There were very few vampires that I could drink from at the time and I didn't want to turn anyone into a level D.
I started to panic. I looked into the mirror. My eyes were glowing crimson red. Worry filled my mind. I didn't want to drink from anyone. I thought it was wrong. I hated most vampires. Even better, I was one of their 'rulers'.
When I saw vampire knight, I could relate to them. The creators of vampire knight was obviously a vamp in order to have so much knowledge of vampires. I loved it because I knew about the things that they were talking about.
Back to my problem. I opened the fridge and saw some blood bags. I grabbed them. My seal had broken. When I was younger, my mother had put a seal on my vampire side to keep me from having a bloodlust. It's not like I wanted to I wanted to drink blood anyways.
I grabbed the blood bags. I pondered for a moment. Would I regret this later? There was no way I could get out of this. I put the blood in a cup and put it in a cup. I put the cup in the microwave and set it for about a minute. By the time the alarm went off, my bloodlust was about killing me.
I grabbed the cup and drank the blood greedily. God, it had been so long since I had drank blood, and I missed the taste so much. When all of the blood was gone, I wiped my mouth and washes the cup thoroughly. I went to the headmaster's office.
When I knocked on his door, I entered. I handed him a note. I didn't want to say it out loud. He looked at me with a serious look. He nodded and pulled a small 'pill' box out. I thanked him and left the room. I ran to my dorm as fast as I could.
I pulled out a cup and filled it with water, then dropped a blood tablet into it. I swished the pill around and let it dissolve into the water. I drank the crimson red water. I looked down at the red water. It tasted like overwatered cool aid. I dropped another tablet into it. Better, but still wasn't that good.
After a few minutes, someone knocked at the door. I walked over to the door and opened it. Kaname and Aido stood there. I instantly slammed the door in their face. I ran over to the window and opened it. I tried to slip out, when I saw that my door was opened and Kaname was holding my arm. I cursed under my breath.
"What do you want?" I asked. "We smelled blood." I mentally cursed again. "So, what?" I asked. Kaname looked at me in a stern way. I mumbled something under my breath. "Really?" Aido asked. "Yep. It's been a long time. The seal broke."
They finally left and I was alone. I jumped onto my bed and slumped down under my pillows. I heard the door open and the familiar sent and aura of Zero wafted into my room. I smiled as a pillow was lifted from my face. He smiled.
